Holy shit, well umm i'm here to tell you that these metal fences are tightly secured. The number one problem with these kind of fences is holes being made under them which causes them to get loose.

Now a days, we secure a long strip of tight metal between 2 poles. And lace the bottom fence to it.

Which means, If this fence was made within 1998. That fence would of torn off.

I'm sure the cops walked outside to push the fence. And checked to see what was in front of them and went around.

this is easy i've put up chain link and sometimes when we take them down you can cut off all the ties but leave the ties on at two ends and you can push the fence to the ground then when you let go it will stand up right like you never touched it and you can see that the fence isnt connected at the top. just had to throw that out there

I know but I have seen it before. The fence was on a hinge or spring loaded or something. It popped back up the dust clouded it and it really does look eerie but I remember them explaining that if they had known they could have proceeded... I dunno maybe they said that as a cover up but yeah that is what I was told. Glad you posted it though. Neat to watch!!! :)
