@NerdyIncorporated Yeah i see your point, but to me the story from kotor is just timeless. I haven't played it yet so i shouldn't be giving it such a hard time lol, but do you think the story compares to that of kotor? My main problem with it is that it won't feel quite as epic, in kotor you felt like you were really affecting the galaxy and it made sense because of who your character was, i just don't see how they can pull it off with a million other characters just as powerful as you.

I've stole revan's mask in the game for the mission and done the mission showed here it has no relavance to Revans actual fate... The Revan Novel opened my eyes and answered all my questions(it is possible though that the mask you steal is not real though)

The friends he's talking about that got killed are T3 and Meetra Surik, the Jedi Exile; they met up with him after the events of the second game. What happened to Jolee is unknown; it's generally thought he either died during the First Jedi Purge or he somehow went into hiding and survived the aftermath of the Jedi Civil War.
What I love is that star wars kotor 2 went and mention this but I had no idea what they were planning, then I saw this... and I started to get all geeky!
Revan is alive in SWTOR due to him being captured by the Emperor in an assassination attempt, and is put into stasis. The Emperor feeds off of Revans power of the force.
The Exile died due to the betrayal of Lord Scourge, she now watches over Revan's prison as a force ghost.
Lord Scourge is now the right hand man of the Emperor and is plotting to kill the Emperor. He saw a vision of a Jedi slaying the Emperor (Jedi Knight Class in SWTOR).
I assume he's only a boss for the Dark-Side campaigners. The set-up will probably be something like: "Well, I'm feeling pretty atrophied after my three-century stasis nap, but I'll take you on as a matter of principle..."
I've seen the Beta of Light-Siders freeing Revan, and there's no fighting there. Since LS is always Canon (KOTOR I: Revan = Male/LS, KOTOR II: Meetra = Female/LS), I think we can safely assume that Revan will have a big part in the Canon storyline...

Revan was just a puppet for the Sith Emperor the whole time and the Exile was a normal Jedi who found Revan for no apparent reason. In game playing Imperial you fight and kill Revan and HK47 in a flashpoint around level 35. Very, very disappointing.

@AnonIonCannon No.. for starters superb writing is from your perspective. (I think he did well, but it felt too seperated from Kotor 1.) It is not ignored, the exile is in there, but just because they make no mention of something happening, doesn't mean it didn't happen. They aren't going to write a story telling you about a story you already bloody know!! That would be just stupid. They'll tell you what's relevant.
If you saw HK-47, he would instantly show you "love." Healer loses it's head (literally), Tank is one-hit killed, the DPS is being thrown down into the abyss, and HK-50s are finishing the companions. And all this is happening in ~1-4 seconds.
Revan ftw he would aniahlate all other sith and jedi. I really hope he didnt die and is still alive however swtor is set 300 years after kotor and kotor 2 so he may still live :)

Actually she is to hinted to be bloodline of Revan in comics and Aurebesh on Satele Shan's bio page. You have to look for it but its there. She is descendent of Revan and Bastila.
@jakelilman It actually doesn't say Satele is her daughter, only her ancestor I believe. Remember the game is set several hundred years after KOTOR took place, a daughter would be old and dead. Now if ya wanna go Revan's son, and im totally making this up. You could say Darth Malgus is his son, being kept alive by the dark side. But thats a stretch of my imagination. I forsee Satele going dark, then back to light side. and maybe one more descendant of revan at some point.

@finmetalwarrior That may not be true according to the star wars wiki bastila had a decendant but it does not say with revan it only says that Satale Shan is the daughter of Bastila not revan tho suspicions have been suspected. i suppose we will only know during game launch.

Actually she is to hinted to be bloodline of Revan in comics and Aurebesh on Satele Shan's bio page. You have to look for it but its there. She is descendent of Revan and Bastila.

@jakelilman It actually doesn't say Satele is her daughter, only her ancestor I believe. Remember the game is set several hundred years after KOTOR took place, a daughter would be old and dead. Now if ya wanna go Revan's son, and im totally making this up. You could say Darth Malgus is his son, being kept alive by the dark side. But thats a stretch of my imagination. I forsee Satele going dark, then back to light side. and maybe one more descendant of revan at some point.
