This song was realeased the 31st of May 2008, while SHINee's was released the 25th of August 2008, so Martin sung it first. SHINee then bought the rights for the song, and made a 'cover' of it. So yes SHINee 'copied' the song, but in a totally fair way. The reason this video was uploaded in 2009 was that Vevo was not around when Martin first released the song. BTW, Remee, Lucas & Thomas Troelsen are the writers of the song. Thumbs up so everybody can see this, and wont ask again ;)
