I don't get how you think you are fat. WHen you get up to 213 like I am.. THEN you can call yourself FAT! I quit smoking 8 months ago and have gained 35 pounds! I still only eat one meal a day (homemade tacos, ground beef, tomatoes, and shell). Doc said since I'm not eating any different then it must be because the nicotine is not speeding up my metabolism anymore. Makes me want to smoke again.. but boss will fire me if I do. STarted new policy...no smoking at work OR home or you're fired!

Well, eating once a day won't help you lose weight. Add a salad for lunch/dinner (whichever you don't eat), maybe that'll help some! That's why I joined Weight Watchers, my eating habits were just plain awful. They're still bad, but not AS bad, lol.
