I found this out ages ago by myself, I'll tell you a trick, Download WPE Pro, go on msn, opn process msnmsgr, go into a convo, start recording packets, type loads of Ws, send it, stop recording packets, then send the packet you already sent at 'until stop' times at 10ms, this will send the receiver MILLIONS of Ws every second, causing there computer to crash after 5 - 6 minutes :) when they next log into msn they will get millions more (if you left it on) and there computer wil crash again!!! :)

Calm down, Some times a version of msn doesn't go well with your OS (operating system) and this handwriting feature does not work, its happen to me before and there is no real way to fix it.

Well on most setups it comes standard and i used to have problem at one point of not having it and i could not figure out how to fix it, but when a newer version came out it fixed it.

it could also be something to do with your operating system.

butit says i need 2 go to a help website to get it - then there is no download link or anything lol, also my msn wont show the songs im listening 2 on itunes or media player, even thogh i have installed all the plug ins and ticked the check boxes lol

It comes with windows live messenger, if it does not work I do not know how to fix this, as this happened to me, I ended out getting a new computer and it finally worked
