same thing. side flip actually describes it better than "misty" i flipped over sideways. hence, "side flip" it doesn't matter what it's called really. i just know it's super fun to do :-)

its more of an over flip because he does 90-lincoln-90. A misty 5 would be a front flip with a smooth 180 rotation.
