so true EVERYTHING, i have to set an alarm to 6 o clock to get up have a shower get dressed set everything up and the night before i set it i try to convince the sleep slide of my brain alredy to just get up straight away when the alarm goes off but all i do is turn it off and goto sleep and get late for school and its rushed and doesnt feel good but hopfully this will work thanks :DD
whene you wake up expose yourselfe to a goode five minutes sun shine that will energise you righte awaye and withe a cupe of coffee that surlye will keepe you up and going all daye
when i go to bed i set my clock radio to static and the volume all the way up (which really works) and put it across the room. then when i get up i run over to it, turn if off and then reset it and run back into bed and fall asleep! horrible habit!! thank you for the tips!!
