I keep comin back to this because this was Amy .just being Amy. No crowd, lights,pressure,cameras. Amy is the main reason Im a singer today. Labels were constantly tryin to turn me into "the next chris brown". I just hadnt the voice for that.I heard Amy's voice.her knowledge and awarenes of phrasing, rhythm, scales;let me know that it was ok to have a "dated voice and style", as the labels called it.
