listen up. if you like dragon ball online just for super saiyans, glowing hair, and explosions, this isn't the game for you. it takes a while just to be an adult, level 30 is adult, and you have to take a lot of time and devotion to this game if you want to be a level 40 super saiyan. im on level 25 and i still havent made it to level 30 yet. thats all i have to say.

I don't really know about the Saiyan DNA being spread throughout all the humans, but I'm pretty sure you have to wish for Super Saiyan (along with the Great Namekian and the Majin transformation) with the Dragon Balls.
