You basically repeated what I said. You're right, not every camera shoots 30 fps, some shoot 24, some shoot 29. But 30 is considered to be the average. The only way that 4,000 fps 400 times slower than normal would be right is if the normal frame rate is 10 frames per second... but that's not true. thatd mean normal is 3 times faster
