  • "inside a nuclear submarine" starts at 1:35 just fyi..

  • my brother has the most fucking awesome job ever. Being on a nuclear Submarine.

  • @bjkimmell my wee wee is as big as that submarine

  • omg the ufo subs are a comin take coverrr

  • How many civilians have died as a result of our forces in Afghanistan during Obamas watch. Bush Bashers never quote these numbers. In 2008, 2118 died, up from 1500 the year before. In 2009, 2412 civilian deaths. In 2010, 2777 civilian deaths. First six months of 2011, 1462 civilian deaths. Does the Nobel Peace Prize recipient send condolence letters to what is left of these families? Obama total for his term so far = 10269 Bush total for TWO terms 6542. Bush=Bad Obama=Good

  • The people protesting the US have the right to do so because of our Military keeping our government in power and preventing it from being toppled. Talk about how much you hate the government here then go to Syria and talk about how much you hate the government there. Then, come back and reply to my comment and tell me which government is more evil. Bush never ordered snipers to shoot people protesting outside the white house, neither did Obama, Clinton, Daddy Bush, Reagan, Carter, or Ford...

  • what is the use of neuclear submarine? It have neuclear bomb?

  • @PCade01 yes

  • Um...i didnt reach any understanding of how life goes on a sub from this video,,,,sorry.

  • @mastersduhgree sorry, they can't shoe much...history channel has some good ones...but I hate to say it..you have to be there

  • Submariners ... the first to die.

  • @browneyes4 Nah I dont think theyre the first.... They just have the worst death :(

  • I'm gonna probably be volunteering as a commissioned officer, requesting the SSNs.

  • @Hellofreunde1 Sir, as an old retired MCPO EM SS it is good duty....a lot of sacrifice in sun and trees, but a good duty post....and the brotherhood of bubble heads is incredible...better than most....your responsibility will far out weigh that of any other post, the rigors to learn and be respected the hardest....I would assume that is in your plans, Sir...I think you have no better way to serve....If I may have your ear, Sir.

  • @dwhite849 Thank you sir, I look forward to serving with the best. *salute*

  • We'd like to know what happens to the flag when you dive. Do you pull it in or leave it out?

  • I'm going to be doing this for the next 5 years. Fuck my life

  • @Hilariousity you volunteered for it. good luck though and thanks for your service!

  • @kritikalmass7 Yea but you don't exactly get to pick what you will be doing in the Navy lol. And life on a sub is just short of fun from what I have been told from some of my shipmates who have been on them.

  • subs do have escape pods for like 100+ ppl. and aircraft dont disintegrate from 1 bullet round. and yea u gotta have big balls to be a subber. respect.

  • i went to that school in rotten Groten

  • The first 1:32 was a waste

  • @mmnoorh guess you forgot the detureant force my husband and all tridets goal is NEVER have to be used and they never have been.Do you think the men and women out thier give up thier right to make sure you have yours. so thank you for you comment it means reguardless of how offencive it is they are doing thier job if you were in many other countries you would have been arrested.like they say you feel you can not stand behind our milatary feel free to stand in front.

  • @Christy7569 I'm in the military but damn, go back to school and learn how to spell. Holy shit.

  • @fastblasterxxx fastblast, c'mon, cut her some slack. not sure if you read where she said she had a splint on her hand, thats why she is having a hard time typing. just by reading her posts i can tell she and her husband have been devoted to protecting us by serving in the military, as are you. and i thank you for that. i can also certainly think of other ways of thanking them, and pissing on her for not being able to type to your standards because of wearing a stint is not one of them....

  • @thecrashpit Wow I'm a douche. Sorry. Maybe I should read all the posts more lol..........

  • @midsizedwhiteboy thank you for your kind words and after I got over the first patrol loss of depth presption stitches in his head my husbad was always the tallest or secod tallest and rebuilding a together he would leave again lol to this day and he has been out for 8 yrs every 6 months we had a good yell fest lol ( cycle of deploment never leaves if your marrage survives lol) sorry one hand is in a hard splint hard to type lol

  • yes i was explaing that to my friends wife they married after he got out that he did fast attacks and that was even harder than boomers.i was blessed to serve under 2 comanders as thier ombudsman sometimes i knew more about the patrol than my husband.i was an ombudsman to a trident living on a navy base on 9/11.I am so proud of all my family most of the men and a few of the women have served our country all the way back to the formation of our country. Some gave thier lives all gave thier harts

  • when I read someof the comment I want to say hello to the plow share and ground zero people. This is a hard life for the men AND thier famlies. Thank you for putting this up. I am pround of the 21 years my husband served on tridents. 24 plus patrols missing so many firsts of our kids. To be part of the DETRENT force I get very mad when people dont under stand the DETRENT force is that they pray every patrol they are never called to deploy weapons as they are thier to DETURE war not cause it .

  • @Christy7569 Christy I served in the engineroom on 640 class boats.Though Deterrent patrols we're tough(first one goes the fastest and was not fast at all and the subsequent patrols have ya leaving scratchmarks on the hatch). We had it easier than other parts of the fleet.I knew when I would leave/return to the day, got paid a little extra for being, nuke, bubblehead,at sea,etc but a difference to me was sympathy to the squids stuck for 14 months off the coast of Lebanon, carrier's at sea, etc.

  • @Christy7569 24 patrols is the most I ever heard. So thanks for being the Navy wife that kept it together.I did 6 and can not imagine 24 patrols.

  • @Christy7569 24 patrols is the most I ever heard. So thanks for being the Navy wife that kept it together.I did 6 and can not imagine 24 patrols.

  • Why is it youtube videos always turn into a cock measuring contest.

  • @bjkimmell Cause mine's a whopper! LOL...

  • @bjkimmell

    They are kids

  • @bjkimmell and i always seem to win :P

  • Wow, lots of America bashing huh?

  • America sux. Put a fork in that police state. Sigh. I just farted.

  • @IndyCooonHunter kill more Indians??? when did Pakistani kill indians???

  • was anyone else turned on by the payload going into the launch tubes?

  • go Americans!! kill more innocent people..and destroy the peace of mother earth.:(:(

  • @mmnoorh Since when was Mother Earth peaceful? You're incredibly naive if you think the way of nature is peace. Life on earth is in an ETERNAL WAR.

  • @mmnoorh Why the fuck not eh? Anyway why are you watching a video about a nuclear submarine if you hate war......... A bit fucking stupid asshole.

  • Sounds like C&C Tiberium war NOD music

  • where is this music from?

  • This video sucks. Fuck the Nuclear Subs...what if the core and rods melted? You'd feel pretty stupid then wouldn't you?

  • @jayjaykewl727 a good question. But usually when a subs hull is ruptured at depth, the pressure causes the whole thing to compress in on it's self, therefore giving little to no toime to escape. It's a bit like when an aeroplanes skin gets pierced, decompression makes the thing break up in seconde :)

  • @fourtenninetysix Thinking I never seen a pressure hull on a airplane- tells me you do not know much about sub design lol

  • @fourtenninetysix Wrong! I work on these monsters. The hull is made of HY80 steel. I will let you guess how thick.Just so you know they have water tight compartments just in case there is a leak. You must be a expert sub builder!NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @letseeit7 so did kursk. what happened to that one? ill tell you. a hydrogen peroxide torpedo exploded and one of the subs compartments was breached thus the submarine sank!! the type of steel used is irrelevant. because the Kursk was a modern Oscar 2 class, and i happen to know that they were, like all Russian subs, built like underwater fucking tanks! And who gives a shit if you work on one? you cant possibly be very highly ranked because you clearly dont know shit about physics worrying tbh.

  • why dont they make an escape chamber where you go into a pod and it can stand the pressures but shoots you up to the sea surface with a blinking light on it and or flares, Sorry if i am being unrealistic

  • I'm going to be on one of these ships in a year. I am proud to be one of the chosen to serve aboard a submarine. Death is not an option. You must fix everything. To all of you people who make the gay jokes about bubbleheads, I'd like to see you do it.

  • @CaptainDood subs are boats not ships . good luck with your career

  • @CaptainDood lol I have seen sailor repairs lol

  • 100 men go down, 50 couples come up!

  • @kingofallwhites Submarine definition: A lot of gay sailors living inside a giant dildo!

  • @gringodeltoro1 Your an idiot!

  • @NatedogJr Yeah, we have the best Navy in the world, but having a bunch of dudes in a black pipe fathoms down? Sounds a little gay to me...

  • @TaylorJ415 We do have the best Navy in the world. Think about how submarines can change someones naval strategy. Those "gay" dudes operate a boat that can go fathoms down. Submarines are usually hard to detect, making it a deadly naval weapon. It can launch torpedos and guided missiles which can destroy both surface and sub-surface targets. With it being quiet, it can deploy Special Operators to the field, also can gather intelligence.

And I don't feel pretty stupid either.

  • @kingofallwhites

    that's not said nicely...

  • @errOHneoS. Fix it? Hui!! Ya che nanyalsya?? lol. ty samolet ispachkaesh since 1992.

  • @WlKlNG Fucking Soviet....

  • @TaylorJ415 and you are a Fucking Uneducated Dumbas.

  • What is the long green thing?

  • @TheNeXTStorm Mark 48 ADCAP torpedo

  • @NatedogJr so big? how many of those are in a submarine?

  • @TheNeXTStorm 38 torpedos.

  • see... I always wanted to know if you dudes are in a jam like Kursk, you know with flood and fire and all and can't get out... what do you do then??? ... in the airforce... you're kind of stuck in the cockpit unless u wanna eject and risk back/ body injury, losing a $50M aircraft, or worse... cool music tho

  • @WlKlNG Either you fix the problem or you die.

I'd risk body injury to eject out of a flaming aircraft.

  • @WlKlNG You die. It's that simple. Don't sign up for it you can't face that fact.

  • @WlKlNG You die. It's that simple. Don't sign up for it you can't face that fact.

  • it needs commentating

  • 0:00 cue cheesy 90's music :) cool vid

  • Wow, how long has it been since any of you been back on the boat? and you still havent grown up lol

  • @bongobill635 What fucking sub did you serve on? Cleaning, all the fking time, painting, maybe in port but the gay sex? Like freshstash said we had duty socks but that was about it. But when we hit a liberty port, it was on like popcorn. The chicks in the liberty ports act like they were hornier than we were. My of my favs was Halifax, Nova Scotia. Another was Nassau, Bahamas.

  • @BeechTreeTS When were you on the USS Sturgeon? I had a good friend onboard who was a RM/SS, I think he served from '87-'89. His time got cut short due to a hardship discharge. RM2 Dickerman was his name. Let me know if you served around that time frame

  • Looks like fun , but I still want to be a cowboy.

  • @bongobill635. We don't paint much underway. Fraks up the atmosphere. We do however field day (Navy for cleaning) all the time. As for the gay; I gotta figure your either a skimmer puke or in a sister service... or even some para-military organization like the Cub Scouts or Air Force. Built my time on the Sturgeon, Grayling, Frank Cable (OK, that was kinda gay), James Madison and New York City; retired in 98 and can't remember any orgies. Fair winds Shipmate ;^)

  • I served 3 and 1/2 yrs on a fast attack, Sub 71-75. Gay sex my ass, you jack off in a nylon sock and throw it in the trash. Never buggered a buddy or wanted to. Crew like a small family like no other. Men who go under water to the depths and wait and listen for targets. Loved it. Submariners, do it deeper as volunteers.

  • This video is totally fake. I didn't see any painting, cleaning, or gay sex--all of which occur non-stop on a submarine.

  • @bongobill635 eat shit

  • @zmynor i cannot think of a more clever retort than yours. Touche, good sir!

  • Could someone tell me what the music is called? Thanks. Great vid

  • jee war sure is fun

  • steiner spyglasses from germany !

  • Nice music

  • 4 more years til i can join

  • @MrDakotapimp Really am in the Navy now!...I didn't knnow the line up was that long of a wait!...you might as well get your degree if you don't have one!....pay the loans off when you join.

  • 3:02 =)

  • I saw the american flag. This must have been in JAPAN

  • A guy I was talking to who was telling me about working in one of these. He said they told him "if he ever had to do his job everybody he knew and loved was already dead."

  • punch the head of the torpedo and see what happened XD

  • @12ock

Well, if you punch it as hard as you can, you will break several things. All of them being bones in your hand. =P

  • what are they loading in at 3:10?

  • @balletgirlie11 probably just a torpedo, nothing nuclear or anything.

But, i really have no idea

  • @balletgirlie11 MK-48 ADCAP Torpedo. Nasty weapon.

  • I suppose the all crew is gay...

  • @gringodeltoro1 Only some, I'm sure. Like it's always been. Always. It doesn't matter.

  • someone farted so its lots of fresh air

  • @datzfast 5 guys fart = lots of vitamins are around !..lol

  • vid... eh... music, fucking gay

  • what kind of happy propoganda horse shit is this?

  • In my experience, senior Navy corpsman (medics) are outstanding, with a level of training similar to nurse practitioners. Unlike Army medics who provide immediate medical care, these folks are highly trained and prescribe drugs and do minor surgial procedures aboard ship. Also, ask the Jarheads (Marines) what THEY think of Corpsmen. (On The Iwo Jima monument in Washington, one of those guys was not a Marine, but a Navy Corpsman.)

  • Served in the Navy from '78 to '92 and two boats USS Memphis SSN 691 (at the time out of Norfolk VA) and USS Tautog out of Pearl; last duty station was SubTraFac in Point Loma, Cali. It was interesting to see the guy at the end of this was an old CO of mine lol

  • yep, and at 3:17 you can clearly see that the torpedo is penetrating the hole.

  • @questfortheholybail lol i was thinking what u were thinking

  • I've always wondered what you do aboard a submarine if you have a toothache or or other medical problem. There really aren't those sorts of services on a sub.

  • @Tubes12AX7k

its true :) they have too

  • there's an IDC (independant duty corpman) on each boat. we all call them doc's. mine of course is a useless, golf-loving, lazy, shit-scraping, puerto-rican, sleazy bag of slime....i don't have to worry about getting sick though. I am an A-Ganger.

  • @novopaine puerto-rican, are yousure? maybe he just has

a nice tan. Shit scraping? Is that a variation on shit kicking?

Golf loving? Like those useless millionaires on the PGA

    tour.

  • there's less than 100 people left on my boat, i know he's puerto rican. i know where he lives, what he eats all the time, what shows he likes, and how much ass he kisses. and i always avoid talking to him. yes, he shit scrapes, he's useless.and yes, he loves golf. he plays that new tiger woods game on the ps3

  • shit lol my docs a fucking scumbag, iam at depth right now

  • @Tubes12AX7k

There are full medical facilities on submarines.

  • Lookout has got to be the sweetest watch on a sub. I miss that shit.

  • GO NAVY!

  • The skipper of the Ohio Class missile boat was one intense guy - I liked his cigar.

  • power can go to ones head, just to think one of these guys goes defect, and the crew follows him. imagine the fear factor.

  • @divisioneight Captain Razz, USS Georgia Blue. I served with him... he was a little crazy :) Last of the old timers... they don't make him like that anymore.

  • 3:03 anyone else getting turned on? hahaha

  • it looks like bay watch lol

  • I wish they had that here...but I think there are 2 big reasons why we don't. America is the only world power that has been isolated from the rest of the world, specifically Western Civilization (Europe). France, England, Germany all kinda grew up together with Russia and the rest of Eurasia being a long walk away. America grew up alone, no need really for the common man to speak anything but English, and with English becomming the most popular "business language" this will be slow in changing.

  • @texasarmy81 That's only true in Quebec. You can't graduate if you are not fluent in french. On the other hand French kids are not required to learn English. So who's the winner there.

  • french kids don't need to learn english in schools because most french canadians know more english than an english canadian knows french

  • Most french kids will never leave the province because of their lack of english. In the rest of Canada knowing french is a none issue. The Quebec govn't knows this, why don't they allow the french to go to english schools, learning street english is not good enough.

  • this is completely irrelevant to submarines btw, but most provinces generally try to keep their people from leaving the province in order to have a steady workforce, that is one contributing factor

  • @henerymag america is always the fucking winner

  • radar makes submarines rather obsolete.

  • what's the name of the song?

  • I go to youtube for political advice

    but great vid

  • teh the cold war still existss, it was only a matter of time befor the radiation escape and it wil kill us all, may god rest us in peace

  • you said teh therefore your opinion is void

  • i just went inside a nuclear submarine not that long ago a person at my work was in navy and got permision to get a tour of a submarine

  • i saw a Victor III surfaced just 500 hundred metres from my fishing boat once. it was during cold war and the whole region was alarmed. The truth, it only transiting through the straits of malacca and as it's reached the shallowest point, it can no longer stay submerge. but it scared the hell out of me. i thought a sea monster has surface.

  • No offence but if you were alive in the cold war you must be pretty old lol.

  • i'm 36 now lol! i was 13 when it happen.

  • How big was the sub?

  • not sure, about 100 metres long. that was the first time i saw a sub. i don't even know what type of sub it was back then. i only identified it during my time at the University when i have access to the Internet. it has a teardrop sail and it has that onion shaped pod.

  • yeah hate to break it to ya ,subs dont have sails

    why not i ask now

  • ROFL!!! What do you think we call that tall structure on top of the hull? A SAIL!!!

  • 'Tard!

  • Yea they do.

  • wow that sounds kinda interesting , shame u didnt have a camera :P

  • You freaking moron! The Cold War ended in 1991 with the fall of the Soviet Union. What the hell are they teaching in school nowadays?

  • You don't want to know. Had someone the other day tell me I read to much, and that she was justified in saying that because she is a teacher..

I kindly remarked, that if she did her job right, there might be more people out there "Reading too much" and went back to my book.

  • You're freaking serious? You can never read too much, unless you're reading shit like romance novels. Damn...my AP English teacher said, "Forget learning about the AP test, we're gonna read good literature." As I say often, the public education system in America is FAILING our youth. Soon, the idiots put through this system are going to be the ONLY people in power, then I fear we may be truly lost as a nation.

  • if someone did that i would laugh in there face.

  • Yeah my reaction too.

Just posted this to show the sorry state of education in this country.

While I agree that generally teachers should be paid more, they should also have to earn it. If I heard a teacher make that comment to a student. (For the sake of my point, remove the fact that it was in a bar). I would want that teacher FIRED.

  • Teachers do earn what they get, unfortunately it isn't too much.

Nothing like making lesson plans, teaching, dealing with student issues, parent conferences, grading student work and faculty meetings. A good 50-60 hour week.

  • I've heard this comment before

  • i got a case a of "deja moo" - the feeling that you heard this bull before.

  • @bphendri Good Answer!

  • I am 47. Lived loved it. SSN 660...WE SHOULD ALL BE GLAD FOR WHAT WE DID AND STILL DO.

  • Get a history book,, moron. The cold war ended only about two decades ago. Everybody over the age of 20 was alive during the Cold War. Your ignorance is showing something fierce.

  • @phadil

wow 500 meters?! I would get a heart attact just thinking no evil and suddenly the

    sea gets alive!!

  • @phadil

wow!, lucky u werent where that thing surfaced OO

  • @phadil

It was probably just making a port call in Singapore. These subs will go to great lengths to stay undetected, and I don't think the straits are that shallow, if they were, that sub would have went the long way around, strictly for the purpose of remaining hidden... I would bet dollars to donuts, it was on its way in to Singapore.

  • @phadil how old are u?

  • @rubberbandman200 37 now, TQ.

  • @phadil you have no clue how long time that submarine have seen you before surfaced ;)moore then a hour that looked at you on soonars and periscope ;)

  • @phadil it basically is a sea monster haha

  • Yes, I was a TM3/SS on the Columbus SSN 762. I wouldnt trade the memories for the world. Good times and hard work at the same time.

  • why the silly music

  • i often regret i didnt join the navy and work one one of these babies. really . any ex or current submariners here know if i missed anything? anyone hate it love it or didnt give a fuck it?

  • It's not like the movies, it's not like the commercials...it's more like volunteering for consecutive imprisonments.

  • so pretty crap then? i missed nothing? but is it true there is a goergous thai chic on board whos job it is to go around giving blowjobs and wanks to the crew?

  • wtf, why would you show a guy being interviewed at 3:45, 4:04 AND 4:16 when you have a weird 80's back track covering everything??? Haha.
