  • So just an interesting fact to put out there- when you weight lift it actually sends a chemical reaction throughout your body that actually helps with maintaining and keeping your body nice and young, and at the same time after you lift, it causes your metabolism to speed up (meaning that after you work out your body is burning more calories to heal itself). The only thing that strictly burns fat is cardio, but there are forms of lifting that could be considered cardio.

  • @jersey123321 I love doin deadlifts myself. I don't think you'll ever hurt yourself as long as you have good technique and never try to max out. Keep it between 10 - 15 reps and your good man.
