  • Fucken AWESOME

  • BUENIISSIMMO! are you gonna fiberglass it or anything or just blast it raw dog? and what did you use for the suspension/brakes? and did you plan out the frame or take inspiration from somewhere? muchisimas gracias. esta es una obra maestra

  • how the fuk am i supposed to go to mcdonalds in that

  • AMAZING!!! this is really well built and designed good job bro

  • ever since i found out about the T-rex ive been meaning to build one. my dad is a welder so i think ill get alot of the metal for free, i plan on buying a wrecked crotch rocket or harley for the motor, and for the glass i was just goin to use plexi glass. idk how i will round the front bars out though! you got any advice for me at all? on anything.and what kind of motor do you got in it?

  • it looks like a rat rod trike lol it awsome id like to build one some day

  • Just got the title and finally totally street legal, new short video coming this weekend, hopefully will have the plans available for all the people asking for them. The glass is laminated just like a car. Is fast enough that you don't worry about the extra weight from tv, surround system, upholstery, heater (for winter time), motorized cockpit, etc.

98% TIG welded, 2%MIG, will build to sell also but will take from 2 to 4 months depending on "what" do yu want in it. Thanks for all the comments.

  • @conqueror4774

    how much will you charge

  • @conqueror4774 What did you have to do to get the title?

  • I really expected you to pull the canopy closed... but nope than I saw you reach down for a button....That shits automatic lol!

  • Is it fast. I mean how much did all the extra weigh slow it down.

  • Love it, always liked cycle cars.

  • Are you going to make a body kit?

  • What kind of welder are you using? MIG?

  • Sick trike dude! Love the cockpit you made for it.

  • Hello friend! Two question... Does this have reverse? :) And like what vehicle can I registered this trike?

  • good song killer work!

  • that is the coolest trike man awesome job!!!

    love the enclosed cabin feature

  • this is a true concept

  • thats creative man nice job !

  • chingon te quedo wey do you understand me

  • :O Way beyond Thunderdome!

  • did u finish it?

  • Verry impressive, ive build a buggy, and i know how much work does it take..NICE JOB!!

  • thats some bad ass frame work..looks solid as hell

  • incredible...

  • Me encanta !

  • nice job, how does it look with paint?

  • Why not just give it a full blown axle, differential (and whatever else you need) and make it 4 wheeled? You obviously have the know how, and I'd have to believe it would handle much better with the additional stability.

  • dope exhaust.

  • how much was the project altogether? It looks like it took the better part of a couple of years, but how long/often did you work on it?

  • awesome

  • absolutely badass that you built that in your garage

  • Im assuming he's got engineering experience, this thing is sweet

  • cuanto te costo todo el projecto?

  • this things gonna look awesome with body panels

  • what did you use to make the frame?

  • Chromoly 4130 tubing 1 1/2" for the base and engine support and 1" for the scissor frame chassis (Lola like formula one).

  • Excellent!!!!

amei esse trike, um dia ainda contruirei um...

de preferência com um V12 AMG Mercedes =D

  • muy buen auto sige a delante mucha suerte desde argentina saludos

  • wow.....this is what you call a "badass" diy (do it yourself) project...

    just amazing....

  • Impresionante, pon mas videos cuando lo tengas terminado del todo.

  • add mirrors, and an airbag, and see if you can get it plated.

  • Great job, nice nice, need some update on the project please man

  • how did you get reverse? im building one with a 2003 GSXR 1000 and im having a bit of trouble getting my hands on the t-rex 6 speed trans. any help is appriciated.

  • sta de poca, tengo planeado crear algo asi, pero tengo una duda como instalaste la reversa?

    saludos.

  • Mad Max would want one for sure!

  • Great job! Love the Jet Fighter canopy. THUNDER CATS GOOOoooo! Man just think what you could do to the wt if you had access to Carbon Fibre construction and cAd design to integrate body and chassis! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

  • how much did it cost to build??

    cause its f-ing awesome

  • Rough estimate about 17K.

  • @conqueror4774 was it worth it, cuz its f-ing awesome work u did

  • this is the best self built trike i've seen. awesome job and design

  • hi jorge any updates for 2009 i will ike to see it finished is a great design

  • f-ing awesome! and great music too!

  • that cockpit hatch is awesome

  • Somebody asked me about the size tubbing to be legal. I am not aware of restrictions because of tubbing size, my trike is a combination of 1 1/2" for the base and engine support and 1" for the rollcage and everything else/ Of course I used Cromolly 4130 (super strong and light weight) TIG welded. Sorry, I accidentally erased your comment but here is the answer. Thnaks for watching.

  • Subscribed!

  • i hate to say this.,...but a batman tumbler style body would fit this perfect...except in the back ud have one wheel with a jet rocket on each side.

  • Looks Super Sick Jorge! Cant wait to see this monster on the road with plates.

  • It's cool - but how do you register it - they actually gonna let that happen?

  • All three wheelers are consider motorcycles, they always put conditions you have to meet (just don't know what those are) . Yes, street legal.

  • thats so sweeet

  • im wanting to build something a lot like that... maybe not the camera and visor or turbo, just something basic. whats your thoughts on cost? is under 10k reasonable? i would like to stay around 5k.

  • Sorry dude just the engine and suspension, steering, brakes and wheels and tires plus seat will add to 5k, then you need the frame....

  • this is people called INOVATION

  • You've managed to make the T-rex look so fucking lame compared to something you've built in your garage...that's fucking awesome!

  • the best.

  • is the roof only able to open when u have power or can u slide it open by hand? suck for it to break and u be stuck in there. other then that is fucking sweet

  • there is a lever inside the cockpit over your left shoulder behind the seat which locks/unlocks de electric motor that runs the roof in case of power failure and u can push it by hand. Will try to include a shot of the system in the next video.

  • Nice to see that you know what a real trike should look like as apposed to the dumb mother fucker, from what they call Wicked Customs. I used to chill with that dumb ass, and have seen many of his projects. They usually run for two weeks then crash and burn. Must be nice to have rich parents. On the bright side really nice Trike bro!

  • Nice job bro.

  • Thats very impressive, can't wait to see it finished.

  • Man this is tight! love the look.. could make its body like a stealth bomber or similar to the Batman tumbler... Anyway Alpha design.

  • WTF that's completely a cockpit! Just like an aircraft, that's an awesome masterpeice man, i never saw that before.

  • Nice ride. hope to see it completed soon. just wondering, how were you able to create the reverse gear? Do you have a site? And by the way, nice fortis you got there.

  • you have a serious talent my friend, cant wait to see it with the body on. it looks great now. good luck with whatever happens with that thing.

  • thanks dude, right now I'm editing my 4th video when the RT is done (functionally) and just working on the body, try to get at least a short edition to post on U tube this weekend.

Just to show the new features as the windshield wiper, upholstery, speakers & amp, and 3 speed heater. Have a good weekend.

  • nice way to shake up the burbs. I like the music and love that actuated canopy too. Kick ass little creation there. Your neighbors must love it as much as we do. Anyways, keep kicking ass in that garage there.

  • This sucker dont have 50 000 for a T-rex!!!

  • Will sell for about 34K to 37K when done with the fiberglass shell, after this week I'm done with school so fiberglass is on sight. also will edit the 15hr video footage I have from the overhaul that took 3 weeks.

  • Amazing Craftsmanship

  • That canopy is tight man !

  • That is soo fuckin sick dude.

Can't wait to see it when its done.

  • hey man. this is a BEAST!

when are you gonna put another video on with the body on it?

    great work!

  • Believe me, if I had more free time the trike would be already done! Hopefully I can start the body work in a week from tomorrow.

    Thanks.

  • PLEASE upload another video... I looked for 20 mins on youtube looking for you,. I forgot about your project for about 6 months, it is so badass... I need to see more lol

  • Thanks for the comment. For the people who likes this project, you guys are in luck because I took tomorrow, thursday and friday as vacation days so i can finally get this done!! I"m taking the video cammera with me so I can have more footage to post sunday. Thanks for the interest and I'll have something without editing by the end of this week.

    TILL THE WEEKEND.

  • I used all same geometry used in the Mustang II configuration, the whole setup is identical, the only things I'll change are the stock angles for caster and toe so it will turn sharper so it can handle more like a go kart than a car. Thanks for the comment

  • Nice.....haha the electric roof

did you already figure out a good steering geometry?

  • somehow someone's comment dssapeared, you were saying that is kind of dumb to put music on a video where people really want to listen to the engine and stuff like that... Well that video is already edited like that, but the next will have music and also some quiet time so you guys can hear the roaring turbocharged ZX 10, I will also explain some of the new added features.

  • wow man you put the kawi t-rex to shame pat yourself on the back i would if i had a million buks i would give it to you t-rex sucks compare to this peace from canada

  • first off i want to say this thing is amazing!! secondly i have a few questions. so far how much has this project cost you? and what is your background in bikes or welding? i just want to know what kind of skills it takes to build a beast such as this

  • First of all, thanks... then I'm guessing 17K to 22K in parts. I went to school for welding (TIG, MIG, Arc, Oxyacetilenic cutting and brazing and plasma cutting), Also degree in Hydraulics and Pneumatics, Mechanical Technician (3 yr), And 2 Certificates as an Industrial Electrician and right now going to school to finish AUTOCAD & INVENTORS this semester so I can put the blueprints on DVD's.

If you want to build one of this only takes lost of reading and patience (free time here and there).

  • when you planing on giving this a body?

  • Will start foam body this weekend and with the time I have hopefully will only take a MONTH.

  • kewl. you have blueprints for the body form or sometin. it would be awesome to see. and hopefully it does only take a month, caus the sooner its done the sooner i can see it heheh

  • That thing is so ugly it's beautiful. Nice job.

  • Thanks for your input, I'm really happy with the performance of the trike and it will be better when I get it tuned up and on a dyno. It's not just a fast machine but a fun one, that's why it has dvd player, full sound system with a 9" subwoofer, electric cockpit (remote actuated), reclinable seat (slides back and forth), everything has ball or needle bearings (INCLUDING THE PEDALS).... I HAD A 900LBS GOAL and I'm pretty close to it. Made to perform good and last A LONG TIME!

  • Comment removed

  • Why buy a T-rex when you can build your own :P

  • Is a very unique system and can't really explained it in few words but will probably show it in my next video. I can tell you that includes an electric motor several gears and a lever that slides a coupling (like a sprag clutch) into a sprocket that rides on the chain as an idler.

  • how did you get reverse down

  • nice fucking build, how much total weight

  • About 870 lbs

  • I love it ! your doind a grate job but on the next video don't use any music, the sound of the motor is sweeter than the music

  • Thanks dude, I'm trying to finish the upholstery (interior) so I can upload another video.

  • man that's fucking awsome

  • Thanks guys, love the feedback. I'll probably post another video this coming saturday.

  • Bad fucking ass!

  • not the coolest thing ever, but damn fucking close! looks a bit like the new badmobile.. but three wheels is way cooler

  • Hey I saw your video and it's very interesting... What kind of engine did you use for your project? I like the way it spins the tire all the time, how did you set up your front suspension? what kind of shocks?

  • Cool!

    Good job!!

    See my vids

  • Shit!!! it burns all the way....awesome!!

  • sorry do u stay in kissimmee fl?

  • hey ho stay in kissimme fl ?

  • I'm in Denver Colorado

  • Esta increible, no se mucho de carros, pero se pude ver el tremendo trabajo que te has mandado con el trike. Y ademas esta muy bonito.

  • looking good Jorge!
