ATTENTION for those PSP whose Brick like me and even if we takeout Battery and Plugin AC Adapter BUT STILL NOT WORKING its just because our motherboard is TA-088v3 it means until now DERS NO POSSIBLE WAY to UNBRICK it The only solution is to change its Motherboard it cost 2,000 pesos in Philippines bring it to a Repairman :-( Believe it or not, Sad but true...

My psp just bricked yesterday. I was updating and unplugged the charger while charging but the battery already had 2/3 bars to begin with so I don't know why that would interfere with the update. I shouldn't have tried to update my psp. (sigh) This is SONY FUCKING FAULT GLITCHES! THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY PSP!

i have the star wars edition psp and i did the update and turned it off and now when i turn it on it just has a 10 to 20 second green light it sucks balls can any one help me ?

i know the matter to fix ! another way ! Just take out battery and memory stick. charge your psp and turn it on :3.

my psp 3000 was working good until my power cord got ripped, I bought a new one off amazon and the guy sent me a power cord for psp 1000 ( the first model ). I can plug it in, but it sticks out more. I have been able to charge it sometimes, but every since I got the new power cord, it will shut off when I turn it on. Will using an old model power cord on a psp 3000 cause this problem?

ps, I have already changed the battery.

ok am using a psp 1000 say i brick my psp using 6.39 pro b8.what would happend if i install a lower firmware say 5.00 would this still recovery it

@Pr0zNemesis Here in the Philippines it costs P1500.00 = ($1 = P50) $30 there.. So.. I'm not sure if my PSP would be fix at Sony (warranty) or Repair Shop ($30).. :( not sure no money , download for PSP 3000 unbricker needed

@Pr0zNemesis That's what I exactly did! I replaced the system_plugin_bg.rco(somewhat like that), the when I reset VSH, Semi-Brick happens.(SLOD= Sony Logo of Death xD) So how do ya fix it?

@TrickyJoker07 OH I JUST FIXED IT. you have to use a recovery program. just search up "recovery/eboot.pbp" or hellcat's recovery flasher

@Pr0zNemesis Won't work!! :'( My version is 6.39 Pro-B7 .. :( Is there an Ultimate Vsh Menu for 6.39 for it to access the recovery menu (hold r) :(

when i upgrade my psp from 3.71 m33-2 > 5.00m33-6 > 5.50 gen d3, it hang on when it is 99% then I remove the battery I turn my psp then it bricked how can I unbrick it... help me please !!
