Thanks for postin this vid.I've been practicin WTF TKD for 30 years.and back in the day we all knew how to breakfall. These techniques are all necessary for everyone and should be taught as one begins ANY martial art. TKWOO ROCKS. Keep up the great work Sabumnim Woo.
