  • He was amazing in North Little Rock in April 2011!!! We loved this opening then too!

  • The sound is weak and the video sucks. What were you thinking to post this??? Just keep it as personal stuff. Let the professional videos occupy these spaces. We don't need to hear you trying to sing while holding a cell phone over your head. It's embarrassing. Just fact is all.

  • I wish cell phones didn't have cameras in them....it's like watching Saving Private Ryan or something....

  • Shoulda heard this opening Detroits Cobo Hall. The crowd was on fire that night. We were in row 7 front center. That show was recorded on digital DVD. Someday maybe we'll all be able to see it. But this song was incredible.

  • I have seen Bob since he played the Detroit auto show in the mid 60's. Ted Nugent was the other "unknown" that played that show.

  • Wow It must be a great feeling to sing a few opening lines and the crowd just goes nuts! Awesome.

  • the real Bruce Springsteeen

  • wow!! wish he would tour in the uk!!!

  • This is one of my favorite Bob Seger's songs besides Night Moves! I love it when they play this song at the end of the movie Mask starring Cher, where the cast all ride out with motorcycles after the death of main character Rocky Dennis!

  • @segerfan Roy Bittan did indeed play the piano on Roll Me Away & Even Now-he was never a member of the band, however.

  • raw and real. great performer. rock on bob

  • This song brings back a ton of memories! I've been a big fan of Bob's since the very first time I heard him in '74. Seger rocks!

  • heiee

  • Roy Bittan was the original Pianist.....Yes THAT Roy Bittan, The Pianist for Bruce Springsteen & The E street Band, I heard that Intro and Loved this song From that moment on

  • @K4driver2 He never played with the piano for Seger it was Robyn Robbins, & then Craig Frost

  • @segerfan look in the song credits, and you will see the name Roy Bittan.

  • @K4driver2 still i like Craig Frost's piano playing better than Roy's

  • I grew up in Southern Michigan in the 60s and 70s. I,v seen Mr, Seger at least 40 times as he played a LOT of venues all around Mi. but my favorite was Skidway Lake in N.easr Mi. around the thumb area. He played 3 & 1/2 hours solid and they in a natural amphatheater at an ol, dudes farm and they let us kids tear down and burn the temp. stage afterward and we partied ALL night long ! Thanks Huns M.C. for keepen, us safe and the party cranking. If u have,nt seen Bob go now while u can ! He,s 61 !

  • yeah, Pinwizz, that was mi back in the those days wasn't it! What ever happened?

  • What really sucks is this guy was sitting next to me the whole concert singing. What a moron. Learn the words.

  • LOL Fuck I hate that. Ruins a great time. Sorry pal.

  • I HATE when people sing loud at concerts.
