  • It costs so much...I wish I could afford it :/

  • My stuttering is not severe like the one in this video, but sometimes I have hard time to say some specific word and another time that same word come out without problem.

I am reading a book about the reason why people stutter and it seems is being helpful to me.

Was in this book that I learn about this method of helping stuttering.

Honestly I am happy for this aid device because is very hard not be able to say what we want to say specially to others.

    Thanks for this video.

  • @LittleSn00p, lol, ill try it though

  • im really happy for him, he deserves it. im a stutterer aswell and hope i can get one of these speecheasy's.....the problem is not all of us have $4500 to $5000 to spend.

I think they went overboard with this price and that if 3 million americans and 300 hundred thousands canadians stutter, u would think they would make the price more affordable for all stutters in the world

  • @BoiWonder221 Don't. SpeachEasy is a fraud.

  • it costs 5100 dollars, not 60,000.

  • Wonderful video, very moving

  • shut the fuck up about god i have a stutter and if god had any compassion about it he wouldnt have gave it to us...pick up a science book you ignorant bible thumper. Evolution all the way! YOu do realize that dinosaurs did exist and we did come from apes. The Earth isn't 12,000 years old. The Bible is a book written by people over 2000 years old. What does that tell you the obviously weren't as smart as we are now. For all we know they were worshiping a potato.

  • Where the fuck are the chinese when we need em, we need a replica of this device and it has to be sold for less than $20, that way it can solve all our problems.

  • @jlditle84 This has nothing to do with God

  • @hayakuu HE IS BEING PUNISHED BY THE LORD ALMIGHTY FOR BEING AN ACADEMIC!

  • @jlditle84 Why would god inflict a stutter in the first place?! WTF?!

  • @Chalky2007 Hey i am khizar ,muslim by religion and a stutter studying medicine in Pakistan a 20 year old guy i stuttered all my life and still to this time i do but i recently left smoking, pot or drinking alcohol in fact all of these things are already restricted in my religion but still in my teen i took them for fun which is bad not religion wise but cause i recently discovered all these things increase your stammer/stutter and make you feel more tense or anxious so God saved me .

  • @blew198 That is the most stupid and idiotic thing I have ever see. I feel dumber for having read it. May god have mercy on your retarded soul.

  • @Chalky2007 lol at least i don't have an empty soul like your's. Listen to some Goddamn real men shit music man i can see the piano thing ain't helping you!

  • simply amazing :)

  • man i feel sorry about you i was like you about 3 years ago.. i couldn't say anything..... !! but now i fixed it i dont know how but you should read books loudly !!!

  • Hermoso invento,...Felicitaciones,

  • Is that a Clockstoppers Hypertime watch at 5:14?

  • i lol'd

  • this is absolutely amazing

  • awesome story

  • that was amazng, and i like how it says NEW TERROR THREATS during the discussion about the speak easy

  • Why on earth would anyone dislike this? Trolls be trollin'..

  • gay, balding (@19) and a st-st-studderer....god has a sick sense of humor

  • the guys name is badcock and he stutters... god has an awesome sence of humor!

  • @oOOpIIIqOOo and HIS last name is badcock... that's just MESSED UP

  • @greiteneis i know right?

  • thats shit. if you really believe that putting something in your ear can stop you stuttering go to a doctor and ask for some intelligence:D

  • nice!

  • That's fucking awesome!

  • Mark badcock?

  • @tomoom165 lol

  • Amazing!

  • King George could have really used this in The King's Speech...

  • damn he's cute O_O

And he's crying. My ovaries are going to burst

  • @Ironeyes

Yes. So many more difficult things, and only you have truly reached enlightenment. I mean, how dare he be negatively affected by a crippling speech impediment that disallows him use of one of his senses to communicate with the outside world? If you go eighteen years of being mocked and made fun of for a condition out of your control that stunts your ability to communicate effectively, and then find a fucking cure for it, you're damn right there's a spike of emotion.

  • @anotalreadytakenname

He may have been mocked, but he's bright and he was his school's fucking homecoming king. That means pretty much all of his peers like him. Also, I meant the emotion within the comments. The rest is pretty much true. Seriously though, you should try to make a compelling argument. Oh, wait, there isn't one.

By the way, I've not reached true enlightenment yet... I'm getting pretty close though. Haters gonna hate when I turn into pure energy!

  • @Ironeyes:

Dude, your argument is flawed as hell. Sure, being blind is probably worse than stuttering but how does that mean that anybody who isn't blind doesn't have "real" problems? Continuing your logic, blind people shouldn't complain cause they could be deaf AND blind, amiright? You're a tool...

  • @Ezechielpitau

Love it when retarded people throw insults into the equation. See what I did there?

Stuttering is easily treatable via speech therapy, while the other issues aren't. Learn to think in ideas instead of fucking speculating. Continuing my logic, fucking stuttering isn't a big deal. I'm glad they found something to cure it, but it surely didn't 'alter his life' other than having a few people laugh at him. Think harder. It could be SO MUCH FUCKING WORSE.

  • @Ironeyes:

You don't get it, it can almost ALWAYS be so much worse. So everything short of locked in syndrom is not worth complaining about? Now if you had understood the video at all you could have learned two things:

    1. It is NOT easily treatible. There have been successes with different approaches but no big breakthrough like this.

    2. It affects your life very badly, especially your psyche. Feeling inadequate and being made fun of constantly really REALLY damages.

    Yes, it altered his life

  • @Ezechielpitau

    1. It IS easily treatable, but treatment isn't ALWAYS effective. This is coming from someone who went through a year of speech therapy and subsequently cured a lisp and mild stuttering.

    2. It apparently didn't affect his life enough to ruin his grades, sat score, or being the fucking homecoming king. He is well liked. He was made fun of - mostly due to shitty attempts at treating it. Call hotels and talk to them and shit. It totally works. NOT.

  • @Ironeyes

You're contradicting yourself. He tried weird therapies like the hotel thing cause nothing else worked. So there's your "easily treatible".

I know a well-liked blind guy with good grades and a masters degree. So if you have that it's not a biggy, right?

This guy was CRYING when he talked about how humiliating things were. I just don't think you understand that feeling that way constantly IS a big issue...

Anyway, I'm out now. Get it or don't, I don't really care...

  • @Ezechielpitau

By the way, by your logic, which is worse:

Social Anxiety Disorder, which causes major anxiety, accompanied by severe panic attacks, with ANY human interaction. Your grades, test scores, etc. all suffer. You're far from popular, highly awkward, and regularly mocked. OR Stuttering.

Better yet, which do you think is more frequent? Hint: It's not stuttering.

There was no contradiction, by the way. Just faulty logic on your part. You have no evidence, while I do.

  • Does anybody know what song he's playing on his guitar at 2:55?

  • @Suryavideo he's playing a led zepplin song called over the hills and far away

  • @toolongtobeshorts oh ok. I knew it was an oldie song but I couldn't quite place it. thanks man.

  • i just got a little teary.

why i am i just now hearing about this?

  • @snappinjoints The problem is it's very frustrating putting up with stutterers. There's this one guy who always calls up at work looking for somebody I work with. It takes him about 10 seconds just to say his name. I know who you are buddy! I can tell from the stutter!! Sometimes I'm in a rush so I try hurrying him to tell me what he wants so I can take a message and get on with my other work but he takes forever. Whenever I try to rush him he stutters even worse. I can't stand these people.

  • Hey he wears the clock stoppers watch!

  • This is so sweet. It made me tear up a little bit.

  • mark badcock...

  • This device doesnt work. I was one of the first 20 stutterers to test it and it did not work for me. I didnt know the device has continued to gain momentum. Maybe it just didnt work for me.

  • @slicedoranges youre a horrible person, he was homecoming king, what were you? most likely a failure angry that someone with a disability is more popular than you. have a nice day, you horrible troll

  • @mrtheconnoisseur

Oh shut up, this story is touching. And that was a funny joke.

Also, it's "you're" not "youre". Sentences also end with a period.

    You're a horrible person too. :)

  • @tgseason12 It wasn't a funny joke, not because it was offensive, but because it wasn't clever or original. You really don't need to get that nit-picky with someone else's punctuation, especially when your comment isn't impeccable like the standard you project onto others. "Oh shut up" should have a comma after the "Oh", so don't try so hard to be a smart alec; it's unnecessary and has made you look more like a fool.

  • @Sudgy

I blame it all on the fact that I was not born in an English speaking country.

I'll admit, the joke wasn't funny and I don't care if I look like a fool or not. As long as I don't feel like a fool it's all good.

  • @tgseason12 It's more the fact that you were being condescending than anything else; I'm sure he knew how to correctly punctuate his comment but chose not to bother. Anyway, it doesn't matter anymore, lets move on.

  • @slicedoranges Why dont you shut the fuck up? Its pieces of shit like you, that birth control should be used.

  • @slicedoranges The good part of you ran down your mom's leg

  • Quit babying the kid.

  • I notice that when I stutter, if someone tries to finish what I am saying for me I can instantly say it with them. I think that if this happens with you then this device will work for you. I am thinking about getting one.

  • thanks for this video

  • STUTTERS HAVE A FUCKING VOICE DON'T BE ASHMED ... watch the video with all famous stutters they give me hope ...

  • From what i am reading in the comments speech easy works for couple days. From After Month's of research i came to a conclusion that it tricks the brain, but our brain is not stupid and understands that. Thats why than the stuttering comes back again.

I now try swimming to increase the air capacity in my lungs. It might work , it might not but i dare every stutter to go swim and than like it ifs its really hard. I just started swiming so ill so how it goes ...

  • i tried the speecheasy device and it didn't reduce my stutter at all. but im glad it helped other people :)

  • ah this made me smile when he put in the ear piece and just spoke normally, my stutter isnt as bad as his but it just makes me so nervous to talk to new people sometimes i'll be ok talking then the next minute i just cant get my words out

  • has anyone heard of stutter stop and if it works and how it com[ares to speech easy?

  • Like almost all technology they will improve & be much cheaper in price. They will probably end up costing what the average hearing aid costs. Hopefully.

  • These devices don't really work long term and are not practical because of feedback. I got one, payed $5000 and used it one day!. Save your money. . Even speech pathology that "controls" speech is too exhausting and unnatural. Speech therapists and these companies need to make money somehow. The best treatment for stuttering is don't think about it! Forget about it, even you just stuttered.! Also think positive and have a healthy lifestyle. Who agrees?

  • i'm going to create my own speech easy device. 5 grand? these guys are insane.

  • I can imagine how hard it must have been for him to talk on the phone. I dont stutter that much, but when im on the phone, its HELL for me.

  • four thousand freakin dollars? for a tiny device that helps people out? can't they help out my low income while they're at it?

  • whatt the shit? 5000 USD? fucking sellers.. if only they stuttered...

  • i hate all of my relatives, they keeps calling me 'myname' the stutter. yea, i might be laughed together with them since they used that as a joke but seriously, it hurts. however though, as for my acquaintances, each time they tried to make silly jokes about my stutter, a smack on the face they would get. that's exactly what you should do if anyone make fun of you. don't be embarrassed with your stutter, dont make it as a block that holds you from being like a normal person.

  • i may not a severe stutter but i do have it since i was small and it is really a burden being one. but i have been successfully reduced it by making myself as calm as i possibly can whenever it attacks and it does help, at least a bit. however i do think this device really useful for a stutter like me. but the suck part is, ive checked the website, they don't have any branch here in malaysia and i cant find any delivery services. anyone can help?

  • I love you all.

  • I have gotten one of these , I got it for free because medcare is free here in Sweden. I think it's really annoying to stutter , but this device has really helped. I got it for 2 days ago or so .. and I can already feel the change.

  • Unfortunately it didn't work for him in the long term :(

  • Incredible!

  • My parents should take a clue from Mark's parents..my parents don't give a rat's tail if I suffer and stutter trmendously..if they did care they would be doing everything neccesary just like's Marks' folks.

Mark's parents truly love him and that's why they want him to live the best life possible so they are bending over backwords to make sure he can obtain a device like this.

  • My parents don't want to help me speak eaiser--they like to see me suffer or maybe since they are used to the can't communicate stuff--it gives them the OK to blow it off and do nothing about it. They have no clue how much I am hurting. My best friend family loves me more than my parents ever will and they would not be able to stand seeing me hurt so much.

  • This shot costs up to 5000 dollars WHAT THE FUCK.

  • THE CREATORS ARE MONEY GRABBY GREEDY ASSHOLES QUIET FRANKLY, LOOK HOW MUCH IT IS?? ITS RIDICULOUS, DO THEY THINK ONLY THE RICH HAS STAMMERS OR WHAT? FUCKING RIDICULOUS, PEOPLE NEED THIS TO GET ON WITH THERE LIVES, MOST CANT AFFORD IT, SORT IT OUTTTTTTT

  • I created free-software like easyspeech, breathmaker etc. It work only on linux. my site is easyspeech dot weebly dot com

  • Good Video, See the New & Affordable "anti- stutter tool" (click on my name)"

  • Speecheasy now in Mexico! call 0181-82444244!!

  • @dannymakeithappen did it work?

  • Tell me--why aren't these speecheasy devices free for those that realy need them?? I can't speak at all--I hate people not helping me communicate and just waiting for me KNOWING I can't speak without their help.

  • @happy7117 exactly...

  • @dannymakeithappen Dis you really tryed? Does it works with you? Please, tell me.

  • @Fabcanha dont waste your money on this piece of shit device..at first it works for a few weeks then the effects start to wear off..trust me its a waste of 5000 dollars..

  • My stutter isn't severe, but it does get in the way. If I could change one thing about me it would be my stutter. I know how to deal with it, but I wish I didn't have to. It prohibits me from even asking simple questions in class.

  • @AirBorne2418 i feel u man i also stutter, but not as much as i used to

  • @AirBorne2418 im right there with you...

  • @AirBorne2418 Well, you have probaly heard this a thousand times , but my advice would be when you start to studder, take a deeeep breath and relax. Then say the word slowly and controlled. Do this every time . I would also recomend you to go to the doctor anyhow. I doubt it helped, but i hope so.

  • is this thing real because id be tempted to get one!

  • I am so happy for this man... He made me cry seeing how relieved he was. I stutter too and i could only imagine how it must feel to speak and not have to worry about stuttering... I just want to give him a hug >> he is adorable

  • @nytwin4life

I would do anything for a speecheasy--I hate my life because of my extreme stutter. It's verbal suicide.

  • @happy7117 oh please don't feel that way. take your time always when you speak. keep in mind that no one is rushing you and if you stutter, it is not the end of the world.

  • @nytwin4life

"take your time always when you speak"

I'm sorry but that advice is clique and does not help stutterers at all. If it did, every stutterer who took their time would not be stutering.

  • @happy7117 mann,i feel you , i have a stutter and it gets to me so much, everyday i wish to speak normal, ill be such a different and more happy person if i can speak right,i wish the speech easy devices was free for stammerers, but they cost as much as a bran new car, 5k????? its outrageous

  • @nytwin4life

Truly an inspiration for those who want to get better for stuttering.

  • i setting up an appointment for one of these soon im so fucking stoked. hate introducing myself, i hate saying i stutter, its such a pain in the ass to do shit. im stoked. luckily i have and work with amazing friends that stick up for me and make me feel so comfortable. but the more photos i have to take the more people i meet and the more awkward it is. i really hope this shit works for me! and good luck to everyone else!

  • @misledprops good luck

  • i grew out of my stuttering....i talked to myself alot in my spare time and read my homework or whatever i had to read out to practice i guess....and i relaxed....it wont work for everyone but it did for me

  • This device costs between $4000 to $5000. But it really works, its an amazing device.

  • I hope with everything that this is legit. I have a good friend since kindergarten that still stutters and would like to recommend!

  • how much does it cost

  • I don't stutter, but this video made me cry a little. You can really see how much he had to go through, and when he was finally able to speak, I totally choked up.

  • I stammer more than this guy...I stammer at very word I speak...Plz tell me does this device really work?

  • IM A mild stutterer so mine isnt "the worst" yet I would love to be fluent. Politics happens to be my hobby so maybe I should look into this

  • Awesome!!!!!!! I JUST TRIED TODAY WITH A FRIEND OF MINE, TRUTHFUL, ITS AWESOME!!!!! GOT TO BUY IT

  • @Khaled13yrs is it good, does the speeh easy device really work,i stutter and i bloody hate it hahahhhah

  • I GOT ONE, Not as great as they make it seem.

  • And some times it irks me when the average fluent person will say something to someone, trip up on their words and jokingly remark "I can't talk!".

The fact is any fluent regular sounding person can speak-- a small trip up in a fluent person's words is nothing compared to truly not being able to speak.

Ha! They have no idea what it means not to be able to talk.

  • What does be patient mean????

If it means to wait out a stutterer who can't communicate at all-- patience does nothing to help and makes the problem worse.

When are people going to start to realize that waiting for a stutterer will make a problem worse than it already is. A stutterer cannot say what he wants and will never be able to say what he wants without a listeners help.

  • @happy7117

For a mild stutterer that takes a little time, be patient. For a very bad severe stutter DO NOT BE PATIENT and have the listener fill in words or use email.

All this wrong advice is only making one's stuttering worse. I am a nasty stutterer, and I hate people waiting for me, and I hate people being patient.

It is better for people to fill in words, and help me when I am stuck instead of doing the wrong thing--being patient and not doing nothing at all.

  • @dannymakeithappen Hope you could give us some feedback and let us know how it's working for you.

  • I know what it's like to stutter and to see Mark, stutter on national television, takes guts!

  • Comment removed

  • ya i stutter but im in speech therepy and its getting kinda better but not 100%. and ya dont let an asshole make fun of you. they can fuck there own daddy. damn little twats

  • I don't know why people would be so mean to him. He's not that hard to understand. That is definitely amazing. I'm glad they tell us how/why it works.

  • @dannymakeithappen how did yours work? I to stutter and am tired of it.

  • @ v0rxx to be a stutter is not easy. ur not a stutter so dont know a shit about it!!!!

wooow! im a stutter to, i started to cry when i saw this. its so hard to be a stutter, peoples laugh at you all the time. even my teacher laughed up in my face once!! peoples are so mean!!

  • wooow! im a stutter to, i started to cry when i saw this. its so hard to be a stutter, peoples laugh at you all the time. even my teacher laughed up in my face once!! peoples are so mean!!

  • @FantaCsworld I know the way you feel. People think we are retarded or slow. When it's the exact opposite. I often feel sad or angry hating life because of people.

  • Comment removed

  • @FantaCsworld

well, you sound like a retard by the way you type. id make fun of you too probably

  • but stutters r hot dun u agree :D

  • WAHHH WAHHHH WAHHHH I STUTTTERR DURRRR

Theres people with worse disorders this kid needs to stop being a pussy and going "WAHHH IM GETTIN MADE FUN OF FOR STUTTERING"

Think of people who who disorders like cerebral palsy, or progeria

  • @v0rxxx wow, in just a few sentences you have basically shown how much if a stupid asshole that you are. Obviously you have no clue what people with what people who stutter go through. When you do you basically are cut off from other people, because there are alot of stupid pricks in this world just like you. So fuck off

  • @blerbele632

I couldn't agree more, people like me who suffer with stuttering can't talk and look and feel stupid when we are really smart.

  • @PrueStar

What do you mean people that stutter can't talk????

A person who cannot talk is called a mute.

  • @happy7117

I didn't mean it like that, but for me I can't talk, or meaning I can't talk right same as everyone else...it's frustrating is all I meant....for me to me that's my opinion your right, but for me it's not talking ...at least not fluently anyways which is something I wish my mouth would do more with ease.

  • Comment removed

  • @happy7117 (cont.)

Ha! They have no idea what it means not to be able to talk. A stutterer not being able to speak and a fluent person tripping up on their words and claiming "I can't talk" means 2 totaly different things.

  • @v0rxxx apparently your a fucking prick to. rot in hell forever

  • @v0rxxx fuck you

  • i checked and it costs around $3500. forget that ill just imagine someone repeating what im saying in my head.

  • @dannymakeithappen Did it work for you?

  • At 6 minutes or a little after in Mark says he worked so hard for this. He should realy be thanking his parents who workedso hard to get him the Speecheasy.

Without the love and dedication his parents had at wanting Mark to speak easier by spending thousands on the device, he wouldn't have the device.

  • @happy7117 I think he did deserve it. Yes, it cost his parents money, but money can be replaced. It cost him his childhood, and he can't get that back. The fact that he was able to keep his will power and utilize his smarts in high school even when he had that much pressure on him was astounding. I wish I kept myself together when the sh*t hit the fan in highschool.

  • @rorshachfan

So true!! High School was hell for me too and it was because of my stuttering.

I wish my parents would spend money on this device without worrying about the cost and realize that we can't put a price on seeing our son and daughter feel better!

  • This made me cry... my boyfriend stutters and hes been suffering with it also... I am so happy I came across this video!

  • What I don't understand is if these people really want to help us stutterers, why do they overprice speecheasy so much?

  • @shenodos

Because the sellers are heartless, sensative idiots who prey on stutterer's misery and desperation to make a quick buck. They have no sympathy or compassion for our problem. They know how much we need a device, so the sellers hike up the price so we can feel worse than we already are.

If the sellers stutterered, they would feel our pain and suffering and give the devices for free.

They get joy from others suffering.

  • @happy7117 pls do u have any idea how much it cost?

  • @happy7117 i agree

  • @happy7117 yeah this world needs more love.

  • @shenodos you can say that again, it starts from 3500

  • @shenodos New inventions are often rediculously priced not because the inventors want to make money off of victims, but because they have thousands of dollars in loans to pay back. They have to pay the researchers, the doctors, the test subjects. They have to pay for the custom made supplies and the machines to mass produce them. And they have to pay themselves; scientists gotta eat.

  • sweet, thats awsome, yea i did wonder if it took a little training and gettin used to. yea im just like you when talk to strangers and get fully stuck on the phone, am able to get round it with ppl i know, you know by using different words and all that. i find that if someone says the word just before me then im ok but i cant see how hearing it after cant help as i wouldnt be able to say it in the first place?

  • @dannymakeithappen did it work mate?

  • @dannymakeithappen i hope it works for you man :)

  • @dannymakeithappen

    i can help!

  • ANYONE who has tried everything to cure stammering and still hasnt gotten better please PLEASE conact me. I WILL HELP YOU!!!! :) I CURED MYSELF ALONE WITHOUT THERAPY MEDICINE OR DEVICES> thank you take care.

    i can help!
