Did you draw this then color it on the computer? I'm an animation student and I haven't done anything like this yet (just finished a lot of basic classes this past school year :) ) and want to know how it was done.
I animated this in Flash 8, you can bring in images and "eye drop" them for colors, I made the palette based off of Disney colors. If you see something you like, online, images...color schemes, you can duplicate it easily in Flash....like I said, import the image, break the image apart...select the image and hit control b or apple b(mac users) then eye drop accordingly...its quick and dirty, I dont clean up my anim much....keeps it loose.....
sorry, I animated this using a waccom tablet and hand drew it in Flash 8....then painted it IN flash 8....so its all done in Macromedia Flash8.....if I wasn't clear......flash 8..................
My skill level does not equate to your lack of knowledge. Don Bluth's work does not include The Iron Giant, for instance. So I say again, good job not knowing what you're talking about.
This reminds me of the work of Don Bluth. It looks almost like his work, did you base off his design? The design, smooth animations, just flawless, all of it. Even though it was 11 seconds only, I see a lot of work put into it. The cop looks like Tommy Lee Jones. Great Work.
WOW! Thats the best I"ve seen. thats the kind of stuff I'd wish was out more in the mainstream. I'm still trying to figure out why its deemed "childish" to use 24 frames a sec for adult like animation and situations like that. But it looks like you've nailed it.
@sheepstuffer yeah i know exactly what you mean but for me it cuts off some frames in between other frames! its so fucking annoying and it makes my stuff look kinda crap!

I dont know why but youtube is cutting off the last few frames of the video, its happened before and its very annoying...
