  • I like affected head movements at 2.39 from Keller & Davies. It really shows genuine: "Ive- never- heard this- before, Im- even- having- trouble -hearing it, but -now- that I've heard- it and -have- done- a good-display -of -having -never heard it until- this-point, I -must- have to -disgree -with- what- Assange- has -said- whole heartedly.."

    lol. im convinced

Pity they cant get rid of the jaded, defeated faces that give the overall picture that their elaborate quest to jail someone failed

  • @ 2.30 .. Ill bet this vid was produced AFTER President Obama's speech at the Correspondent's Dinner (30th april: see Obama's comments re genuine whistleblowers bravery..but he forgot to mention journalists trying their damndest to psychologically torture and incarcerate other journalists`).. like all their video skits you cant really prove when they were produced- cos they retrodate them- but given it strongly resembles comments obama made- plus theyve pushed it back only the day before- well,

  • its the barest minimum to get away with, isnt it? Quite often they retrodate the mirroring of someone else's speeches and sentiments just days or even hours prior to the real time the real author said it. They think the closer they pip someone to the post, the more likely the lawyers can "prove" they said it first. They also pulling grave faces as if to show to the Democrat administration they really care about such matter- like the whole purpose of A S ecret Service ANGE L was not to put

  • a genuine whistleblower behind bars.

All the Guardian's pointed filming naked pictures of people in the bathroom and art galleries with commisioned prophetic art pieces demanding someone's incarceration without trial, and the wasted opportunity of the only asset they ever had ~a silly little drug-addicted girl who dreamed of going into PR but couldnt keep a lid on her contempt or card greetings enough for five minutes to get the ball rolling as a stalking horse~, all came to nought.

  • When the next time you said you've seen it all ahead to the film "Brazil"...When a gangsters word appears to carry more weight than reality....When youre talking about doing deals with people who kill politicians, you better make sure that it is not you- rather than me- that is the dreamer~ that history is on YOUR side in your activities of "noble patriotic duty" as you seem to have constituted yourselves.

  • @ .37 and still doing that affected croaky voice routine, i see. Cos his team told him it sounds sexy.. what a loser. A complete mentally ill person- whose multilple personality disorder the PR outfit well made use of.

  • why do they do these fake disagreements when theyre a team? Who is it supposed to fool? Hilary Clinton has already said the wikileaks is a 'fake debate' & thats coming from the head of the State department.

I think its time to let go and accept Assange is a fail in his objective, dont you?

  • @MoonAharshMistress ..pretending there's squabbles WITHIN their team, The Guardian..and then pretending there's squables within their triad of partners.. boring PR men that seem to have nothing better to do than PR it for their traffiking sponsors = Born Actors.

  • the whole (representatives) US-MSM whores against Wikileaks!!!!

got to see the whole thing..

  • DURRRRRR FOR THE DAY: "THE NY TIMES IS THE OPINION LEADER IN TEH US? HORSE SHIT." IS THE TOP-RATED COMMENT FOR THIS YOUTUBE CLIP. DURRRR, I SAY, DURRRRR OF THE DAY!

  • Still, NYT is covering foreign american interest.

NYT is not the opininon leader and no one should be.

  • uS news is not journalism it's pure coporate propoganda machine... Go Julian....; D

  • Assange was right

  • If I wanted to watch a rapist, I'd watch the Lakers.

Assange blew his wad already. Everything of value that he had, he got (allegedly) from Bradley Manning. While Manning is being tortured by the Obama administration, Assange acts like a media whore. He should be ashamed of himself. Too bad he's a sociopath.

  • @ls1z28chris what?

  • @ls1z28chris : Assange and wikileaks covered other subjects with significant impact before the Manning leaks, even leading to massive arrests and to a replacement of government. But you're overlooking 2 things in your judgment : #1 is that USA with wars in Iraq & Afgh. is a very big deal. #2 is that people in USA never gave a shit about what's going in the rest of the world.

As for being a media whore, he had to promote Wikileaks and democracy and his life is on the line for that.

  • @nickst0ne I'm not overlooking those two things. They simply have zero bearing whatsoever on my assessment of Assange.

Why do the supporters of this weird narcissist insist on constantly overstating the value of what he has done? He hasn't done shit. Manning did the work. And Manning is the one being tortured by Obama. For what? For a few stories that dominated the news cycle for a couple of days. You call that "significant impact?" I've got news for you. Americans still don't care.

  • NY iImes is irrelevant they put reporters in harms way to get stories but only if it doesn't ruffle the feathers of certain groups. NY Times is weak.

  • bullsshit bill keller...how long has wikileaks been around and no one knew other then a few computer geeks

  • I get a kick out of the liberal hypocrites who don't think we should have a right to see Obama's birth records, travel records, academic records, health records, etc., but salute WkiLeaks whenever they release confidential intelligence files.

  • @agiantman

but obamas birt records, academic records and health records are free to see...

  • America does not trust NY times its for the elite,A way of showing off and embling their fortunes that they take over with lies and sitanic devil ways they sold their souls......

  • Bill Keller got fucked, Assange owned him.

  • I don't understand. Why I cannot watch any of the fora videos on their website... even this one :( the video doesn't start at all

  • @dumbnetworks You probably have flash or whatever so I'm not gonna suggest that, but you could try to switch to Chrome. Only problem, I feel, is that it has run javascript quite poorly or even not at all for me

  • @cl1mbat1ze tx, I'll try chrome. At least I know now that everyone else sees the vid at fora, tx :)

  • @dumbnetworks Np :)

  • Assange FTW!

  • Awesome!!

  • assange OWN'd him !

  • The us press is owned by jews. So yes it is in a bubble

  • they twist it to suit themselves. Read the times and you will see a pattern.

  • Obama=Bush,

U.S. press covers it up by dividing up the population into Right vs Left,

even though the truth is its usually Right+Left vs the middle...

  • Free Bradley Manning.

  • So Americans aren't interested in the rest of the world. So nice to here that. Could you sence the sarcasm there, cause I meant it.

  • @SadisticSlayer I couldn't "sence" your sarcasm even if I had the "hering" of a rabbit.

  • @merdufer Ah, a troller. Glad to see that your kind still hasn't been wiped out completly, we still need some to be put in the zoo.

  • @SadisticSlayer Says the person who was trying to make the sarcastic remark in the first place.

  • Is Asange still in hiding or a refugee or whatever?

  • Asange = owned

and furthermore, he couldn't be more wrong. he picks a random story and jumps on the US press for not covering it. Really? So they should be responsible for every story? Furthermore, websites like cnn dot com feature international stories and Time magazine has written and placed on its cover foreign related stories.

Given that there is PLENTY happening in the US i think the coverage given to the rest of the world is good enough.

  • Bill Keller = Cheap, transparent sophistry. I nominate him for douchebag of the Universe award

  • Bill Keller should be ashamed.

  • After some research we came to the following conslusion: Assange was busted by Young... Donald Trump is a financial mogul with a bad hair do who made a fortune by hooking up with some corrupted NY politicians... let`s keep on going having fun with these little thing called the INTERNET

  • It's very easy for that Man to sit on a panel so he can talk high an mighty about the journalists that have been effected by the war on terror. I highly doubt though that he's the type of reporter that is actually out in the field doing the dirty work. He's probably the type that sits in a office all day giving orders to others. So I'm insulted for him to use the dead as a political tool for his organization.

  • @ogrish84 Are you an idiot? Of course he is not out in the field doing dirty work, he is the executive editor. Its not his job to be out in the field. I would imagine he was in the field earlier in his career and moved up to the position he holds now. Also, I dont see how he was using the dead as a political tool. He was simply pointing out that his organization and the US in general are concerned with and are covering worldly events. Some paid the ultimate price to cover the stories.

  • @om3gadagg3r Are you a asshole. Why yes, yes you are. Now next time learn not to throw insults around when criticizing what others have said. Don't bother replying to this because I'm not going to reply back to you at this point. By the way, I didn't bother reading your reply after reading your first statement, which was "Are you an idiot?". That starting statement of yours practically sums you up.

  • @ogrish84 One little insult and you cry like a little girl? Go ahead, take your ball and go home. LOL you are funny.

  • @ogrish84 Wow, what a douche.

  • Assange FTW!!!

  • The NY Times is the opinion leader in teh US? Horse shit.

  • @LibertyDownUnder do yuo mind telling us who is then?

  • The NY Times is not an international newspaper, so only 40 people covering the international news is perfectly reasonable.

  • @98nafets its not so simple. if you can't cover something well, should you cover it? if it's not international, why try to be international to the extent that it is?

  • @98nafets So what's an international newspaper that's on the same level of readership in the U.S.?

  • @98nafets yes but that is not the point assange was willing to make. The other guy said it was an international newspaper and then he got his but kicked

  • Comment removed

  • Um, i think if you understood Chomsky's critique of the media then you would understand what Julian was talking about. The reason America is interested in the Middle East conflicts is because thats where their strategic and ideological interests are (i.e. oil). If the same things were happening in central Africa, whats the bet that the coverage would be minimal in comparison.

  • I think Assange made a valid point. Bill Keller's 'insults the honor of dead reporters' remark was rather desperate and didn't fully address the argument being made.

  • Trump 2102!!

  • @pseudonominous

maybe in 2102 but preferably not 2012

    Trump is a fatheaded idiot

  • @Redfingers ur a fathead!
