@dinkco45 hehe, awesome, glad you found my video :) I was trying to demonstrate how you can 'fpv' it by looking at the screen rather than the heli, which is why I kept my hands on the controls and didn't wave :( They are fun helicopters, but I consider it more of a toy then a real RC copter, especially since the range is only a few hundred feet. But it sure is fun.

Man, I so want to hook this up to my WLAN, blast a full 802.11n 5GHz (maybe "a" considering it gets 5,000 meters of signal) signal straight at this, throw some neon lights on it, then fly up and down my street. Pretty sure it would be on the news the next day for UFO sighting. XD

Wish a there was an FPV equivalent of a GoPro. Nice Flight though.

@02stampede it's a fun kind of 'toy'. it has lots of hobby grade mechanics but it isn't the easiest to fly, nor does it have a far range, and I recommend a regular transmitter with a real hobby grand heli.

a few things: is the frame rate of the video feed good enough to be able to fly by just looking at the screen? also, are you using the "left handed mode" to control it? Anyways, great video, that was rlly cool.

@ramis182 yes, left handed mode so it is like a RC transmitter. I don't use tilt, I use on screen buttons.

@rcfanatic123 both are great kits, i can't really say if one is better than the other. I bet most people would say go with the align, but I do love my blade 450.
