Pearl Washington's move doesn't really look like a crossover, more like an aggressive move to get to the rim. In my opinion a crossover is a move which tricks the opponent in the wrong direction.

Rose has and will continue to take the crossover to the next level and it will continue to be more vicious, but Iverson's cross was so good the league made it illegal, how many people could say they had a move so good that the rules were changed JUST because of how good they are? Another one comes to mind, Kareem @ UCLA, how he wasn't allowed to dunk because he was so good, so he had to make the sky hook. Only the best have rules changed JUST for them, I would say Iverson's is the best ever.

Derick Rose just a simple left to right, the only reason why it looks effective is cause he's fast.
