Those are not cheats. bot_kill is a bot command. sv_gravity is a worldmap command.

Yeah man. Same. I think you have to restart the server after doing the sv cheats 1 part, then type god. I don't know.

well i had the smae prob too. download steam from steampowered(.)c()m and enter your serial cde there and it will download steam version of cs:cz, cs:cz:ds and normal cs (ds is deleted scenes)
