I truly believe Mr. Sparkman inadvertently came across illegal activity and paid with his life. A Census worker isn't an FBI, CIA, DEA or ATF agent, most are just part time, temporary workers gathering innocuous census data. This is very sad and so unnecessary. RIP and Peace...
