I am in 11th grade and take all honors classes and i have the highest grade point average in my class and i've been a cheerleader since 7th grade so yes... some cheerleaders are smart. Plus, to do cheerleading, you have to keep grades at C or above otherwise you get benched or kicked off the squad:)

And you say you throw a person in cheerleading, well you throw an unwilling athlete in wrestling at the same time he or she is trying to throw you. I would say that takes much more skill, accuracy, and precision than cheerleading.
