@goonie: I'm sure your FDA-approved diet allows you to perform an exquisite truffle-shuffle. As most statists and drones you speak with the profound arrogance of ignorance. So for us adults here, this is really disgusting. I live in Minnetonka and have been buying raw goats milk for a few years now but would do about anything for a good raw cow's milk source. Cedar Summit won't sell it raw, and I would drive about anywhere within reason for some great raw cow's milk. Hooray for the nanny-state!
TO THE STUPID, STUPID, FOOLS Who keep voting in Progressive politicians. THIS is what your Progressivism TRULY IS - a nanny state where the PROGRESSIVE GOVT is gets to decide what U eat, drink & think. THIS IS YOUR FAULT, U AND ALL UR PROGRESSIVE POLITICIANS who by the way are BOUGHT AND PAID FOR by Monsanto, Con-Agra, etc. DO YOU GET IT YET? To HELL with your progressivism. To HELL with your corporate funded nanny state. As for me, I choose LIBERTY.
Well Hartmann escaped contempt of court charges. Now if Hartmann had any brains cells, then he would go on the offensive and file a criminal complaint against his malicious prosecutors!
Don't the screaming morons in this video know their facts? This guy sold tainted raw food. If these people wanted raw milk and other woo, by Minnesota state law, all they'd have had to do is simply drive to this guy's farm and buy it. That's all. It's the law so that they can see for themselves the unsanitary conditions at this guy's farm. It's a "buyer beware" situation.

I just love how the raw milk customers rally around Hartmann. Oh wait they aren't, are they? They expect Hartmann's to do all the work - fight all the battles - take all the hits. Oh, of course, they do 'support' Hartmann. . . . .from a long, long, long way back (out of sight actually) out of the spotlight!
Interesting since I haven't heard about this happening in "the South". Only in the PROGRESSIVE STATE OF MN. What an effin' dufus. He's so clueless he doesn't understand the meaning of the word PROGRESSIVE. It's called government control. Interesting how Minnesotans feel so superior to Southerners. I'm a transplant from Mn to TN and I'll take the hillbillies over the Progressive any day of the year.

Still waiting for: the Youtube MN Raw Milk Channel; the protests outside the MN Depart Of Agriculture; the kiddies drinking glasses of raw milk outside the MN DOA; the mommies decrying the MN DOA smear campaign; and last but not least the raw milk leadership to pull their heads out!
Earlier this year state health officials linked eight cases of E. coli O157:H7 illness, as well as sickness from Campylobacter bacteria and Cryptosporidium parasites, with raw milk from the Hartmann's dairy farm.
@quirkylwj They did? Then it should be an "open and shut case," shouldn't it? Yet the judge has been "deliberating" for 3 months. This is just a politically motivate malicoous prosecution!
Handicap sticker??? Sure looked to me like he could walk well....Not only that I sure hope someone took the license plate number. What if they had a phoney badge and stole the milk for themselves??? I would call and question the facts behind the scam. This will become common place now because the gubmint has passed the Codex bill. They will control the farms and no more home gardens. We've been "had" yet again...what will it take for people to WAKE THE FUK UP for crying outloud even!
question. why did they take the milk? what was the accusation? what is the law? what did they do with the confiscated milk? did they test the milk? WHAT THE FU@$!
Goddam bureaucrat...handicap sticker on his car...absolute disregard for anything but the administration of his useless, overpaid job...we need to CAN legions of bureaucrats.
It's commical that the guy holding the camera states at one point,"You're not going to get away with this in progressive Minnesota"; it's the progressive ways of government, big government, that brought the situation up. Geez!
@TheDocinOC I am a Ron Paul Republican. I meant progressive in its literal meaning, which is tainted at this point. Sorry for the slip up. It was cold out and my mind was numbed.
It's interesting that you blame the state workers for doing their job that is mandated by the legislature. That's all these people are doing; if you want something changed you need to contact your state representatives instead of going after people who are trying to do the same thing as you-support their families.
@Angel82778 I agree that everyone of the people who are opposing what the Department is doing will be the first to step up and blame them if someone got sick.
@sammygirl022 So your saying that job of the Department of Agriculture is to destroy family farms and destroy farm families by engaging in smearing campaigns and malicious prosecution?
@ArrestAJudgeKit No, I'm saying that the job of the Department of Agriculture is to make sure that food and drink is safe for consumption. The reason they were taking the milk is because it was bad, hence forth protecting the potential consumers from getting sick.
@sammygirl022 That is why the political whore, called a judge, can't reach a decision? I thought it was "open and shut" that Hartmann's were "guilty"? Why the delay? Oh yeah justice is denied when it is delayed, isn't it? They crook wants to deny Hartmann's justice since it isn't "open and shut"!
@sammygirl022 Well that is the problem you are going on emotional thinking and not facts. That is why you rely on conjecture, guesstimates, guesswork, hunches, unsubstantiated opinion, and shots in the dark, not facts. Clearly, you have no understanding how the real world works. You have some naive schoolbook understanding that is not based on reality.
@ArrestAJudgeKit Well, I guess the judge finally made their decision. Oh, and I noticed you aren't spewing any of your thoughts on this video since...could it be because Hartmann was found guilty of hospitalizing more than 4 people with his products and giving one small child kidney damage that could kill him-must be.
@sammygirl022 Yeah I saw that the political whore finally made his decision - the "clear cut case" that take 3 months to rule on. Only an idiot ( That would be you, wouldn't it?) would fall for that one!
@ArrestAJudgeKit Nice of you to resort to name calling-very adult like. From the court documents that are available online it appears as if they had several pieces of evidence to go through and that takes time. Even a case as obvious as this one isn't open and closed within a day or two-only someone without a working knowledge of the judicial system would make that assumption
@sammygirl022 Clearly, you crawled out from underneath a toadstool since adults do that, don't they? They do that especially when the person they are describing accurately matches that description. Well you see educated people (not speaking of you obviously) can process information at a relatively fast rate. And since this has all the earmarks of a malicious prosecution it makes sense they would drag it out so they could give Hartmann a dirty present for Christmas. Psychological warfare!
@sammygirl022 So,it was okay when the brown-shirts worked for the nazi's because they were just "doing their job?" Sometimes, common sense must be used! If I was asked to confiscate someone's milk,I would laugh at them and refuse!!!
@oldskoolbrawler I find it funny that you reference the Nazi's because if you were to be up to date on your history you would know that the Nazi movement forced members to join and if they didn't then they would be killed.
Furthermore, the majority of the people in any military group, that is exactly what they are doing. I know this because I have someone in the military and he didn't always agree with what he had to do but he did it because if he didn't he would have to face consequences.
Trust me ... I have been unemployed for almost 2 yrs now ... & for the 1st time in my life on UE for a time. The reason Sammygirl that I lost my job was becos I was not willing to compromise my MORAL values !! We DO have a choice to just do what we are told to do or do what we KNOW is right ... & refuse to do what we KNOW is wrong (wink) IF U were told that to keep your job ... U would have to go steal or rape or prostitute yourself ... would U ??? I hope not !!
@Sharlyn777 Actually Sharlyn, if it meant keeping my daughter safe with clothes on her back, a roof over her head and food (that has been deemed acceptable for human consumption) then yes, I would do those things because she is my number one concern.
Its too bad that many of you don't understand the hard work that the Dept of Agriculture does for you. This isn't the little dairy farmer, this is someone who is trying to make possibly HAZARDOUS milk to your door step and is NOT following regulations. If one person got sick off of his milk it would be Agriculture's fault for not stopping it, right? Yeah, that's what I thought.
@Angel82778 Thank you apologist! Did you get your script straight from the Dept of Ag? Do you have any proof of your unsubstantiated allegations? Strange that the judge (political whore) in this case HAS NOT made a ruling in 3 months. For an "open and shut case" it would seem strange that it would take such a long time to reach a decision, huh? Oh, it takes a long time since it is a trumped up case, huh? It's a kangaroo court covering up for malicious prosecution, huh?
@Angel82778 WHEN did it become the DoA fault ... if I choose to eat poison ?
Where is the documented proof that there is a problem with the milk anyhow ? Besides IF one person got sick off the milk that "I" sold to folks in my town ... it WOULD get around ... & trust me ... I would be outta business !!! Thats the way it used to work ... with FREE ENTERPRISE ... & it worked then ??!! So WHY R U so gvt job defensive? Ya work for the gvt ?
@Sharlyn777 If you did a little research on the internet you would see that the Department of Agriculture has had legal issues with this farmer in the past where his milk has been contaminated. It's not a matter of trying to stop the small farmer it's a matter of making sure what he is doing is safe and acceptable so people don't get sick. And when they went after him, people DID get sick...which is how they found out about him, I'm sure.
As a self proclaimed foodie who enjoys all things natural and organic, this is ridiculous, sad, pathetic and every other adjective i can't think of right now. We have much more to be concerned with than this stupidity.
I can't believe this American - it is truly depressing. People can choose to smoke, eat food from the mega markets causing diabetes & heart attacks. It's just rediculous - why isn't the governement listening???? What needs to happen differently.
@progen1 Funny, it would appear that the government is listening. They listen to Monsanto, Nestle, Pfizer, . . . . etc. The problem is you are not a huge corporation with lobbyists that can offer them jobs, bribes, or stock options. Become a huge corporation and I am sure you will find that the government has perfect hearing. You are just a consumer. Why are they going to listen to someone so low on the food chain unless you make a lot of noise or cause them political embarrassment?
@progen1 The government isn't listening because the majority of the people are not contacting their legislature, instead they are posting lame comments on the internet and going after state workers who are trying to do their jobs and support their families.
"I" am & have been fighting this fight since Easter 09 ... I CAN talk ... I am not sitting on my butt just doin b**** sessions (like I used to)
Folks ... get outta your chairs ... off your butts ... join with the hundreds of thousands of us PATRIOTs out here !!! If ya need to find a GRASS ROOTS PATRIOT group in your area ... contact me !!! I'm on facebook, freedom torch ... all over the internet & out on the steps of MY capitol .... yes-s-s even DC !!
You should have a MN Raw Milk Channel! You should have hundreds of youtubes on it! Testimonials! Protests! Kiddies drinking raw milk! Outraged mothers speaking out! Demands for the government (political whores) to stop destroying the family! Where is the leadership? It appears to be non-existent!
it amazing how americans are such sheep and just comply with everything the government does against them... did you guys see the video of the students rioting in london over the tuition hikes? grow some cojones...
oh yeah I'm big time I work for the CIA / NSA / NWO / FBI ... All I was expressing was my initial gut reaction to this video... notice how i said "resist the urge", not "i'm going to", or "you should". Don't be a lame, I'm just a real person with real emotion, and I really don't like people being punked by the federal government... is that ok with you AAJK?!
@kunkle187 You sound like a really emotionally challenged individual with a real big mouth who really doesn't know how to keep it shut. That's what you sound like.
can the person or people who put this video up please add some context to the situation that we are watching. What is this neighborhood? Is there a small farmer here? whose milk were they taking and why? was it raw? how did they come by it?
I envision a group of people outside the Ministry of Lies (Dept of Ag) chanting/bullhorning: "STOP THE SMEAR CAMPAIGN! STOP SMEARING RAW MILK! STOP SMEARING HARTMANN FARMS!" Lots of kiddies drinking glasses of raw milk. Mommies decrying the government for trying to destroy their families by thug tactics. After all, what kind of nasty thug would want to take away milk from a little kiddie? If this was all videoed and then put up on Youtbe it would be a Public Relations disaster for the state.
How idiotic---you're not going to get away with this??? they just did---not sure what it is going to take for people to become undomesticated ---really do not know but every farmer in that community should have been on the door step to the mayors office or to the governors office a-what a conundrum stealing Milk and then justifying it with a health inspection-Welcom to canada Eh -bill C36 does just this -bill 510 is a result of this the NAFTA the uniting of BAD laws we have become Mexico
@HerbsPlusBeadWorks The sad reality is there are many sheep and few lions. It only takes a few wolves to control the vast helds of sheep. Another sad reality is there are many people who think they know what they are doing - like the Hartmann. The Hartmann have been losing badly yet they refuse to change their tactics. Insantity is doing the smae things over and over again and expecting different results. Again they need to do videos, bullhorning, hand out flyers, & have demonstrations to win!
@ArrestAJudgeKit Remeber Robin hood---built a community in the woods and was Pretty much left alone then he started to get back eventually the tyrants got over thrown ---just a story to tell ---it would appear that in Northamerica _Canada /USA that the one thing the 2 countries have in Common is the neede to be totally idiotic and developing the same exact laws at the same exact time--the reason it's all on hold is europe ran into a snag-some countries there still have there testosterone
@HerbsPlusBeadWorks The problem is most groups have no idea how to fight back. They think the government will "play fair." , "won't lie to them," and think they need to "follow the rules!" There is no need to follow the rules of a rigged game. Furthermore, you have this fantasy thinking that if you make your cause known to the general public or the news media "thousands will immediately rally to your cause." The sad reality is most of the work will only be done be a small number of people!
@ArrestAJudgeKit WEll I have something on that too I agree to many sit onthere hands but sometimes a few can get more then then a whole bunch of people who have ideas and not do anything-- remember the story of Gideon eh--300 fellows put a can of whup ass on 5000-seems to me we need more gideons and less hand sitters---just a thought--and I am active as wwell offering countermeasures and even showing how to offset food poisoning from the supermarket and doing an online radio braodcast on this
@HerbsPlusBeadWorks My point is that this groups has done nothing but sit back and be reactive and has failed to be proactive. Which is why the state controls the narrative: state = good guys/ raw milk group = evil. Unless this changes drastically very soon they will lose badly!
its really something, when the lady asked for her milk "she paid for" and didnt get it, i would bet the govt worker could even steal your groceries right at the store and get away with it. why are we Minnesota citizens, Americans putting up with this shit.
@thebestman200699 Got news for you. They get away with it because of one reason and one reason only - you let them get away with it! I don't tolerate public servants thinking that they can run me! I have video proof that I put them in their place!
My favorite line, "You guys work for the tax payer. Don't ever think it's the other way around. You're not in control of this deal." LOL You go man!!!!
the state worker in the brown coat, james ruttger, works with dave read, the two very men that also are threatening to close down my business in the same town as where moms milk comes from, famous lines of the dept of ag workers, "cuz we can, we dont have to, and, so". this video shows it just as it is, the govt worker answers to NO ONE. its time to stop the chaos. its sad, really really sad, and yes the worker moved heavy boxes quite well, even though hes handicapped.
i have dealt with the man in the brown jacket and his boss sidekick, the two very men that also are threatening to close down my business in the same town as where moms milk comes from, famous lines of the dept of ag workers, "cuz we can, we dont have to, and, so". this video shows it just as it is, the govt worker answers to NO ONE. its time to stop the chaos. its sad, really really sad, and yes the worker moved heavy boxes quite well, even though hes handicapped.
@markarthu Well, just so you are aware, State workers pay taxes too...the same amount you do so I guess you could say they work for themselves as well...as a matter of fact they work for one week out of the month for free!
@markarthu nobody can work at it - the govt. is already sold to the corporations, more than half of the people don't know or give a shit about their rights. They consume crap and are becoming dumber by day, putting off the bleak possibility of them becoming informed/knowledgeable in future too
All arguments supporting what the government is doing have ZERO MERIT and are based on lies. The benefits of these foods FAR FAR OUTWEIGH the made up statistics. Give your kid a tall glass of pasteurzed milk and watch them get sick on the peanut butter or spinach. Or watch them slowly develope diseases as they age thru eating processed foods stripped of nutritive value, laced with GMO's and chemicals - weakening the body. This notion of PERFECT SAFETY in our pampered western society is insane.
@jmills616jmills616 I wonder if the government will make women pasteurize their breast milk as they are breast feeding their children? After all unpasteurized milk "isn't safe" so clearly this must be the next edict from Mount Lunacy.
@markarthu This summer? Sounds like the "day late and a dollar short" type of thinking. Why not this week? Oh wait you would rather that the Hartmann farm gets shut down permanently – first then rally public support. The kick the can down the road is the tactic that the state is using so the smart activist would do the opposite – strike while the iron is hot. Come on now this is basic Activism 101.
@ArrestAJudgeKit I agree, but it is kinda cold right now. A raw milk sale at the state capital or the Dept. of Ag. parking lot is more appropriate. It would be nice to have large, overwhelming numbers and exposure. After all, their evil cannot survive in the light.
@markarthu First, it got cold because you delayed! You should have responded the next day. Second, Your the raw milk groups probably can't come up with more than 50 that would be willing to show up so stop your fantasy thinking. Third, Cops can arrest large groups that is why they have riot squads - however, the cops hate bad press. So plenty of kiddies and personal video cameras will prevent most malicious. Fourth blocking their parking lot could get you arrested but not standing on sidewalks.
I support the old meaning of "Progressive." My comment was out of touch with the tainted new meaning. I support Ron Paul for president 2012 and he has already won the straw poll. Since we could not block the tow truck without getting arrested, shaming the agents for their abhorrent acts was our only option. I mean no disrespect to the South. We are all in this together.
KSTP had a segment on this at their 4:30 - 6:00pm block. They had an updated version at 10:00pm newscast. The 10:00pm version was never posted to their website. Why? They don't want a lot of media attention brought to this case! So what needs to be done? Educate the public with video - flyers - bullhorns - and demonstrations in public! This a concept that the Hartmanns cannot grasp! That's why they are getting clobbered and will continue to get clobbered unless they change their strategy!
Every time a farmer sells tainted milk because it was contaminated with feces, you set the raw milk movement back years. As a cheese guy, I'd like to see raw milk cheeses available in the U.S. Keep your parlors clean, stop allowing milk to be contaminated through improper sanitation, and the problem is solved.
@TheHoiland So you are one of those drones who blindly believes everything the government tell you, huh? Makes sense. Too bad that if you had done even the slightest amount of research - which obviously you haven't - you would know that lawyers are professional liars (along with cops). And they specialize in bringing half-truths, limited truths and truth our of context as fact. It is called "card stacking." Then "intelligent" people like you grab onto these factoids and begin to rant & rave!
@ArrestAJudgeKit Nope, sorry, not a drone. I've worked in food for 12 years in various capacities, and spend a lot of time dealing with cheese. The demand for raw milk cheese that is aged under 90 days is huge, and every time a farm with unsanitary practices causes problems, it sets the raw-milk cheese movement back five years or more. E. coli in milk means one thing, and one thing only:cow shit got into the milk. Address that fact, and then blame the government for poor sanitation practices.
@JenSimmons6 Yeah the local media has "no idea" what is going on. Give me a break. I have videos of a local newspaper and television station covering up Senator Bill Ingebrigtsen knowingly, willing, and intentionally breaking the law and do NOTHING. I also have video of our local newspaper covering up a story about our local Assist. Co. Attorney sending a weapon into the Todd Co. Jail. The newspapers and TV stations are co-conspirators! The stories they tell are skewed so you are evil!
@JenSimmons6 The Lakeshore Weekly of Minnetonka is working on a story for Tuesday release. Thus far, the Startribune, Minnesota Public Radio and others have failed to show the side of "We the People." We'll see how that comes out.
Congratulations! At least someone has some video of what is going on. I have tried to communicate that simple message to 'team Hartmann' about the need for youtube videos, bullhorns and flyers. It fell on deaf ears. That last thing the state wants is publicity and public demostrations. Give the state what they don't want!
This makes me angry! This is the very site I was picking up my milk from until this summer, when all this BS started with the farmer delivering to this site (don't know if he is still doing so). I haven't found another source for real milk for my children since then. Good people buying and selling real food should be the norm!
My raw milk provider is fighting a lawsuit right now in Missouri. Thank God he didn't back down. I get my cow milk from him and my goat milk from another who hasn't yet had any trouble. If you like raw foods, you'd better have a great relationship with your providers because when this is finally outlawed, and it will, you'll need that relationship to go underground and continue to get your real foods.
This is a great video. Way to go for capturing the act in the process! But I'm confused on what the commentator meant by "maybe down south you can get away with this, but not up north in progressive Minnesota." Progressivism is the cause of this type of behavior by government officials and agency employees, violating the 10th amendment, and over stepping their reach into our lives. Believe me, the south protects the 10th more than anywhere else in the country!
Thanks so much. It is important to maintain solidarity. I refer to "progressive" Minnesota in the belief that we used to be the "brain power" state, not the overall movement. I certainly welcome this observation, however. We also use pesticides instead of weevils for lake weed control. Our dept. of Health mandates toxic scrubber waste fluoride from Florida as well, so we are not doing well in regards to environmental justice. Glad to here the South is protecting some rights. send info
@cheffian Have to completely disagree with you that the progressive movement has anything to do with government infringement of individual rights. Ever heard of the ACLU, for one?
@VQ30TLJ The progressive movement is still big government. Organizations like the ACLU are a front for them to make it appear as though your tax dollars are put to use. It's "progressives" like Harry Reid who just passed the new food bill for more government regulation on farmers and their produce. It's progressives like Porland, OR who shut down a little girl's lemonade stand because she doesn't have $10,000 for a permit to sell. Right and Left doesn't matter these days, they're all the same.
@VQ30TLJ The ACLU was founded in 1920. The founding director was a guy named Roger Baldwin. 15 years later, in his college reunion yearbook, Baldwin said, "I have continued directing the unpopular fight for the rights of education as director of the American Civil Liberties Union I seek the social ownership of property, the abolition of the propertied class, and the sole control of those who produce wealth. Communism is the goal." He was active until 1981.
@VQ30TLJ (Continued): He wrote two books. One "Letters from the Soviet Prisons" and "Liberty Under the Soviets." In "Letters from Soviet Prisons" Baldwin says the Russian revolution was, "the greatest and most daring experiment yet undertaken to recreate society in terms of human values of incalculable value to the development of the human world."
@VQ30TLJ (Continued): In his book "Liberty Under the Soviets," he said "Repression in the western democracies are a violation of professed constitutional liberties and I condemn them. Such repressions in the Soviet Union are weapons of a struggle in the transition period to socialism." If that ain't part of the progressive movement and intention, nothing is. (Yes, I used ain't on purpose).
@cheffian Progressivism is not the cause of this type of behavior by government officials. Government controlled by corporations is. Are you of the Tea Party persuasion?
@QuantumMechanic8 Big corporations love big government (the more opportunities to bribe). Like all federal agencies, the FDA operates by initiatives. They use the states to achieve their goals for them. These are not laws, they are initiatives. One of the initiatives of the FDA under Healthy People 20 20 is to prohibit the distribution and consumption of raw dairy products. The FDA uses bribe money, effectively, with the state agencies which are their equivalents at the state level.
@QuantumMechanic8 (Continued 2): And they (FDA) give money for cooperative agreements to meet objectives (again, not law.) The states play the pawn of these federal agencies without any legislative or statutory oversight.
@QuantumMechanic8 (Continued 3): Making this federal law will not help with oversight but rather burden the system adding large admin costs at all levels from production companies (whether family farm or Monsanto) to government agency (tax payer $). It affects future generations at levels I don't even want to imagine. Control food - control the people. Progressivism = big government = control of the people.
@cheffian Progressivism is not the cause of this type of behavior by government officials. Government controlled by corporations is. Are you of the Tea Party persuasion?

@cheffian - I do not know the person in the video, but I took his "down South" comment as a reference to the recent past when this was done in Georgia. David Gumpert has a nice blog that talks extensively about these issues. Google - the complete patient
@cheffian Let 'em come on to Texas !!! I will buy my food where ever I damn well please !!! & If they want my garden or my cow ... let 'em come take it (wink) but "I" for 1 am way too RED NECKED to just watch them !! They WILL shoot me or arrest me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Us Texas women are NOT castrated ... trust me !!
@burgrafix I don't know what area you are in, but in Minneapolis area there is an organization Consumer Free Choice dot com We need to organize, are only beginning so I appreciate your inquiry. We are on the right side of history, big time.

If these people wanted raw milk and other woo, by Minnesota state law, all they'd have had to do is simply drive to this guy's farm and buy it. That's all. Funny thing is, it is the liberal progressive who favors big govt. which then enables this type of behavior to grow and flourish!

Earlier this year state health officials linked eight cases of E. coli O157:H7 illness, as well as sickness from Campylobacter bacteria and Cryptosporidium parasites, with raw milk from the Hartmann's dairy farm.

It's interesting that you blame the state workers for doing their job that is mandated by the legislature. That's all these people are doing; if you want something changed you need to contact your state representatives instead of going after people who are trying to do the same thing as you-support their families.
@Angel82778 I agree that everyone of the people who are opposing what the Department is doing will be the first to step up and blame them if someone got sick.
sammygirl022 1 year ago
@sammygirl022 So your saying that job of the Department of Agriculture is to destroy family farms and destroy farm families by engaging in smearing campaigns and malicious prosecution?
ArrestAJudgeKit 1 year ago
@ArrestAJudgeKit No, I'm saying that the job of the Department of Agriculture is to make sure that food and drink is safe for consumption. The reason they were taking the milk is because it was bad, hence forth protecting the potential consumers from getting sick.
sammygirl022 1 year ago
@sammygirl022 That is why the political whore, called a judge, can't reach a decision? I thought it was "open and shut" that Hartmann's were "guilty"? Why the delay? Oh yeah justice is denied when it is delayed, isn't it? They crook wants to deny Hartmann's justice since it isn't "open and shut"!
ArrestAJudgeKit 1 year ago
@ArrestAJudgeKit My guess would be that the judge is busy working on other cases.
sammygirl022 1 year ago
@sammygirl022 Well that is the problem you are going on emotional thinking and not facts. That is why you rely on conjecture, guesstimates, guesswork, hunches, unsubstantiated opinion, and shots in the dark, not facts. Clearly, you have no understanding how the real world works. You have some naive schoolbook understanding that is not based on reality.
ArrestAJudgeKit 1 year ago
@ArrestAJudgeKit Well, I guess the judge finally made their decision. Oh, and I noticed you aren't spewing any of your thoughts on this video since...could it be because Hartmann was found guilty of hospitalizing more than 4 people with his products and giving one small child kidney damage that could kill him-must be.
sammygirl022 1 year ago
@sammygirl022 Yeah I saw that the political whore finally made his decision - the "clear cut case" that take 3 months to rule on. Only an idiot ( That would be you, wouldn't it?) would fall for that one!
ArrestAJudgeKit 1 year ago
@ArrestAJudgeKit Nice of you to resort to name calling-very adult like. From the court documents that are available online it appears as if they had several pieces of evidence to go through and that takes time. Even a case as obvious as this one isn't open and closed within a day or two-only someone without a working knowledge of the judicial system would make that assumption
sammygirl022 1 year ago

Angel82778 1 year ago
@Angel82778 Thank you apologist! Did you get your script straight from the Dept of Ag? Do you have any proof of your unsubstantiated allegations? Strange that the judge (political whore) in this case HAS NOT made a ruling in 3 months. For an "open and shut case" it would seem strange that it would take such a long time to reach a decision, huh? Oh, it takes a long time since it is a trumped up case, huh? It's a kangaroo court covering up for malicious prosecution, huh?
ArrestAJudgeKit 1 year ago
@Angel82778 WHEN did it become the DoA fault ... if I choose to eat poison ?
Where is the documented proof that there is a problem with the milk anyhow ? Besides IF one person got sick off the milk that "I" sold to folks in my town ... it WOULD get around ... & trust me ... I would be outta business !!! Thats the way it used to work ... with FREE ENTERPRISE ... & it worked then ??!! So WHY R U so gvt job defensive? Ya work for the gvt ?
Sharlyn777 1 year ago
@Sharlyn777 If you did a little research on the internet you would see that the Department of Agriculture has had legal issues with this farmer in the past where his milk has been contaminated. It's not a matter of trying to stop the small farmer it's a matter of making sure what he is doing is safe and acceptable so people don't get sick. And when they went after him, people DID get sick...which is how they found out about him, I'm sure.

ArrestAJudgeKit 1 year ago
Every time a farmer sells tainted milk because it was contaminated with feces, you set the raw milk movement back years. As a cheese guy, I'd like to see raw milk cheeses available in the U.S. Keep your parlors clean, stop allowing milk to be contaminated through improper sanitation, and the problem is solved.
TheHoiland 1 year ago
@TheHoiland So you are one of those drones who blindly believes everything the government tell you, huh? Makes sense. Too bad that if you had done even the slightest amount of research - which obviously you haven't - you would know that lawyers are professional liars (along with cops). And they specialize in bringing half-truths, limited truths and truth our of context as fact. It is called "card stacking." Then "intelligent" people like you grab onto these factoids and begin to rant & rave!
ArrestAJudgeKit 1 year ago
@ArrestAJudgeKit Nope, sorry, not a drone. I've worked in food for 12 years in various capacities, and spend a lot of time dealing with cheese. The demand for raw milk cheese that is aged under 90 days is huge, and every time a farm with unsanitary practices causes problems, it sets the raw-milk cheese movement back five years or more. E. coli in milk means one thing, and one thing only:cow shit got into the milk. Address that fact, and then blame the government for poor sanitation practices.
TheHoiland 1 year ago
@TheHoiland You must be a drone since you had to rant and rave about cheese instead of actual proof that his milk was contaminated.

VQ30TLJ 1 year ago
@VQ30TLJ The progressive movement is still big government. Organizations like the ACLU are a front for them to make it appear as though your tax dollars are put to use. It's "progressives" like Harry Reid who just passed the new food bill for more government regulation on farmers and their produce. It's progressives like Porland, OR who shut down a little girl's lemonade stand because she doesn't have $10,000 for a permit to sell. Right and Left doesn't matter these days, they're all the same.

@VQ30TLJ The ACLU was founded in 1920. Communism is the goal." He was active until 1981.

@VQ30TLJ (Continued): In his book "Liberty Under the Soviets," he said "Repression in the western democracies are a violation of professed constitutional liberties and I condemn them.

He's right about "down south...". He wouldn't take a chance on raiding a southern farm like that...might get in the way of target practice.

@cheffian - I do not know the person in the video, but I took his "down South" comment as a reference to the recent past when this was done in Georgia. David Gumpert has a nice blog that talks extensively about these issues. Google - the complete patient

As a raw milk drinker, I would point-blank refuse to give up my milk. Thank goodness it's legal here in Mass!
