As I agree with a lot of commenters here, let me see if I can put this into better explanation for those who believe in Webbot. Webbot searches the internet for the 'global collective consciousness' and distills it into a story. So, if 98% of people posting on the internet are nuts, lost, losers, wrong, or just brain-damaged...doesn't this imply that 98% of the Webbot's quarterly story is JUST AS DAMAGED AND WRONG? Geesh people, it is JUST FOR SHOW.

These reports have been used by many stock traders, consultants, and corporations to help them forcast. The report is an effective tool that has been highly accurate in the past. Whether you believe this or not is not important.

@devin1965 The reason why the outcome changes is because the future is always in flux, ever changing. The spyders are taking a "snapshot", or "picture" of information. The further out the report is reading the higher the variance for change. It is an effective tool when used in the proper context. I agree that Cliff's interviews are more entertaining than reliable. The trick is to read the report for yourself rather than relying on the interviews for information.

Since Web Bots started in 1997, they have done 3-4 data runs per year and always get a hole in their data for March 2012 - May 2013, every run. They are now saying the hole will run out 3 years, if I understand Clif. They always get data for periods before and after the hole but never for the hole. I believe this is very significant because it is something that has repeated dozens of times, with the same result. For me this says that the rules of consciousness, may change and is likely ok.

The hole is a turning point or stations where major choices are made by the human collective thrusting us forward towards a specific outcome. Our future is changeable, it is not written in stone - humanity can build or destroy depending on their collective choices.
