I bought a half million dollar home from them and they refuse to honor the warranty. The windows were proven faulty through certified testing and they still refuse to take care of the problems.

You bought a used house and expect warranty? Either you hire the wrong home inspector or you didn't take his/her advice. Nobody's fault but yours. Newer home? might have Tarrion Warranty still available, the government provides it (at least in Ontario)
