  • Erika Sunnegårdh is the new Anja Silja. Her Turandot is the most thrilling I've heard in years. I ADORE HER.

  • I heard Sunnegardh live 4 years ago as Elsa in Lohengrin and she did a great job. However, I don't think her voice is the most adecquate for Turandot. For a TERRIFIC Turandot, look for Lise Lindstrom. In my opinion, Erika's career should be focused on Wagner and some Verdi.
