I think that GT5 would of been a much better, more complete game if Sony had allowed PD to finish the game.

tbh man u can always do more cart racing in arcade mode or one make races etc...but its annoying that u don't get credits for it. i could use alot of moneys coz im currently saving up for the 2007 f1 car...so i just put b spec on...lvl 30 gets me red bull x1 and i get money...2 birds with one stone :) add my online id i'll giv u a race some time

B-spec is so boring but if you reach level 35 in it you get the Red Bull X2010 Prototype. I wish that when you reach level 35 in either A-spec or B-spec you should get the Red Bull X2010 Prototype. I can't beat the Sebastian Vettel Challenges even with a Bronze Medal to get the Red Bull X2010 Prototype. It's almost impossible. I only got a Bronze Medal on Monza.

@WarpPal was it really a separate engine from GT4? Not upgraded? Cos reviewers say the standard cars and some tracks' environments looks like an upgraded engine of GT4. If they made it from scratch, the graphics look hella awesome. Nice work Polyphony

@filopride619 Yeah only the car models were exclusively moved to make up for the library of cars AND since they didnt have much time, but yes the game engine itself is entirely built from scratch, which is why if your a GT veteran, you will immediatley notice it from the more precise, and unforgiving physics which are even more difficult from the steepness in dynamics that GT4 made from GT3. All the true motorsport gearheads will pick this up immediately, not these little fanboyish noobs

@MrDanishtiger the ones i drive go up to around 100 kmh. ive driven some pretty quick karts and they all handle the same, the only difference in quicker karts is that you have to be a little more careful while driving them as they spin out a little easier. do you do any karting?

I think I solved the mystery of the missing part 5 :-) Remember how he "short changed" this guy 'primoturismo' by exchanging a 150k car in return for a 2million worth Peugeot ? I bet the last part is about online gaming, and that primoturismo and friends are somehow intervening for being shortchanged :-) Just my hunch here, either that or they'll wait 6 years for part 5 just like the real company did :-)

I've got gold on nearly all of the special events but there is one race on the World Tour that is gonna give me a challenge and thats the night course in the lamboghini. I just don't know the track that well yet, its dark, lots of high speed corners and unexpected sharp turns and that lambo is a beast. ....its gonna be fun :)

Be disappointed that the US got shafted in the opening music (why can't we just have Moon Over the Castle PD? Seriously!). Or that some cars are glaringly missing (Trans Am.. simple palette swap with the Camaro, so.. WTF? We got a Prius instead?!?!). Or that yet again there are a million Japanese cars & about 50 cars from the rest of the world (yes, an exaggeration).
