Graffiti is art man,i have art class and today they were teaching all of us graffiti letters,history, and styles cause its a type of art.Espeacialy in New York where graffiti was born,and its a big culture from the city.I think graffiti should be illegal because it is part of that culture and if it was legal then it wouldnt be the same anymore.Also because its fun as fuck and theres a rush in it LOL.

@MurphGiovanni To name a few rules, you're not allowed to tag on other people's houses or cars, except for public property and appartment buildings.
Not allowed to tag on graveyards or the walls/fences surrounding it.
Not allowed to tag on monuments or sculptures.
Going over someone else's piece is just taking risk, it will result in a battle of who has most reputation.
Tagging is a form of art which looks more simple than it is, you probably only find bad tags around you just like me.
