really liked torchlight, only it was too short. at first i thought the atmosphere could be gloomier, but that was soon forgotten. please release this game, don't be stingy :)

It has Borderlands stylized graphics. I guess thats ok. It looks to me like the have not improved the graphics at all for TL2. Probably because they are using the same engine as TL. Maybe TL3 will give us new graphics and hopefully physics!

@blarson12 Also called cartoon / cel-shaded graphics, and it works well in a laid-back hack and slash like Torchlight.

This looks like Torchlight 1, but with multiplayer mode.

Yea, you are right, the correct would say that the game would be excellent for many if they improve the graphics and make a great story... At least for me, only that needed.

@LazyMuffinGaming "RPG are meant to be Solo" depends on what kind of RPG you're looking for. If its building your character in a huge story with you interacting with a lot of NPCs and such, then yes, thats meant for solo play. BUT, if its building your character in a dungeon crawler-esque environment with a variety of quests and sides to complete that mostly involve collecting items and/or killing certain targets for reward, then most would agree that would be more fun with mates than alone.

@LazyMuffinGaming Yeah, online can be fun to talk to people (like my friends on LIVE and playing Blacklight or Section 8/ Prejudice) but yeah, RPG's are meant for single play, not much multiplay. That's why they invented the MMORPG! :D But yeah, so far my favorite single play RPG would have to be Fable (Fable 2 and 3 have 2 player.) Graphics are good (compared to today, most would say no, but I like them), great story and gameplay (most important is the gameplay of course.)

@LazyMuffinGaming Well, I grew up most of my lifetime (so far) playing games offline, I have to say, there's not much of a difference except for the players swearing (guilty) and the gay males sticking their balls in another guy's mouth (i'm a guy, but it's just stupid unless you're getting revenge.)
