OMG! I was born in New York City. Dom. Rep. is where my parents where born.  I have been there a couple of times and frankly.... I am scared to death of the way people drive. There are hardly any road rules. Drivers make it up as they go. But I guess as I foreigner really I find it scary. To them it's the most natural thing.

soy dominicano y te lo digo a la franca, que no ando en santo domingo sin una pistola o con alguien que tiene una. Hay muchisima partes que son peligrosas, y se atreben a brincar te en cima por solo sospechar que uno tiene dinero. La parte turisticas no, porque hay mucha policia, pero cuidado al que se aleja de esas partes. lol los pueblitos no son tan peligroso, porque todo el mundo anda con su machete y pistola n e way.
