Very cool I get that completely,I happened to have a workshop incorporating meditation,dance and sponatneous painting. In developing it, I allowing curiosity and wonderment in each workshop.For each time I allow myself to be open to each person and sometimes don't undersyand why I should incorporate a color, a piece of music or added something, that to my ego self makes no sense, but it's not about me. It's about how in that moment it's helping someone else. It's an on going evolution! Thanks!
