In Tiger form, you have more HP, so if ur gonna be a tank, get Tiger Form skills firsthand, and with extra spirit get humanoid skills higher levels if you want.

Yeah GeneralFluffy is right. Being in tiger form does increase your speed loads, increases your hp, and physical defense. However. It halves your physical damage you do, making your hits weaker. Normal form is more depended on combat-wise.
