@7etrix Aggro is a number that says how much the monster is aggressive to you. With a boss like Onyxia, she has different levels of aggro for each player. The group wants to predict who she attacks, so they want one guy to have high aggro and everyone else to have low aggro. If someone else gets higher aggro than that guy, she'll turn around to attack the other guy, and people will die.

Once the loot drops you bid with your dkp points like an auction process.
