To go a bit deeper into that, then: I think mine is probably a big mishmash of many accents. I do a lot of them and they all kind of bleed into mine. Like, I say "aboot" and "hoose" (instead of house) like a Canadian a lot from doing a Scottish accent, oddly enough. But Scotts really put "oo" into everything it seems. This happens with a lot of stuff, too - from New England to Australian...

So I may not have a full Michigan accent, but that's where I'm from! :)

Hmm... I thought neighbors only did that where I lived... guess its a nationwide phenomenon.

It's a very, very southern thing (and I'm using the term "southern" loosely to illustrate rednecks)to light off fireworks at virtually any time of the day... even the next day.

I actually worked at a firework tent one summer - they would buy over $300.00 of fireworks. Unbelievable.

It's because I work full time. 55 to 60 hours a week. I leave home at like 7am and get back about 6:30. I have about 4 hours to do what I want to do during the day then I have to sleep and do it again.

I feel way better today, I got to sleep about 11pm and woke up at 9am. But yesterday was pretty much just recovering from work. One day of my weekend is pretty much always dedicated to that.

Hopefully YouTube eventually turns into work!
