But there is far more to this video and a much more important lesson to be learned from some simple pieces of advice, than your suggestion on winning a date so someone can get their dick wet. im lucky living in australia we have medicare so i don't have to pay for been in a public hospital. It might not be 5 star but its clean and i don't go there for a holiday
Families up here call 911 or the police. They have the authority to arrest you under the Manitoba mental health act. Then they do the 72 hour assessment. Of course they have to have reason to arrest you.
I think that this video was great for two main reasons.
1) because I think that it might be helpful to try to put some sort of crisis plan in place for my own life, even if I might never actually use it.
2) because I am a social work major at university (and sort of hoping to work in the mental health field). It is good to hear where some of the failures of the mental health system were so that I can possibly help make sure that doesn't happen wherever I wind up working
@thdanizblog iv got an emergency crisis plan was good u brought that up. Last year i swolloed 40 pills in one got the ambulance drivers were so worried about me i went home the next day but i had to be admitted in a psychiatic ward as i wasn't ok. im lucky sometimes if i just need a break from things i go to respite a place where i have a break they have trained staff like a nurse and a therapy assistant u share a room and bring ur own food but i stay for a few days and that helps. @thedanizblog I was discharged in 2006 with weeks worth of Meds that I had never taken in my system and a piece of paper for a recomendation for a treatment center. I almost went to jail for road raging someone who cut me off 1/2 hour after I was released. I felt nuts. I didn't sleep for 17 days. I stayed in my room the entire time. I did NOT sleep for 17 days. I even set up a camera so I could watch myself every day - I never fell asleep. I'd spend my days watching my nights. Never slept once.
@thedanizblog Remember I told you I had to take my roomate to the ICU? I'm going to Upload it as a Private video and send you the link. It's pretty graphic. It's a good watch to stay sober though.
@ilovetoshi7 Yeah if you think there is a chance at all you might need one someday you should get one ready. I went my family and I went through so much suffering and I feel like it could have been avoided if we were prepared. If you mom doesn't want to be a part of it at least work with your bf to make a plan because I know he is supportive with that kind of thing.
