I loved how Mario Party 1 had a jukebox. I would spend much of my time in the game In Fun Gus's and listen to all the jukebox tracks. This song was one of my favorites to listen to.

This is a great tune -- I like most of the tunes from the first Mario Party. They really went all out in this soundtrack.

Wow; seems like the first MP caused a lot of blisters. The only thing I didn't like of the first MP was the rule where you have to give up your coins to your opponents if you lose.

This song is pretty awesome. I also loved the transition.

There is 1, and ONLY 1, thing I disliked about Mario Party 1, it was the minigames where you had to rapidly rotate the control stick in circles. I was never fast enough to do it manually, so I always rested my palm on the stick to do it, and always got blisters as a result.

Listening to this awesome music reminded me of the nightmare I had to bear in beating Tug o' War on Mini-Game Island. Thank you for reawakening my memories. =D

I couldn't agree more. =( The way I rotated was places all of my fingers around the controls and circled very fast. That helped me from getting my fingers messed up, but it was still annoying. XP And you are VERY welcome. ^_^

@BowserandLover1 why can't all the others parties be like this mp1 had A lot to offer minigame island,bons boeard, more then 1 unlockable board, buying items(which makes it more challenging) MP1 better make u for it cause mario party is heavily based on super mario 64 and mario party 9 is heavily based on new super mario bros I do not want to get disapointed

@agubokwu Well I think if they were all like one, the theme would have gotten too repetitive. Each Mario party had a theme for something. 1, was based off of Super Mario 64 and becoming the super star by partying, 2 was based off of cosplaying, 3 Toy box, 4, Birthday Parties, 5, Dreams, 6 day/ nighttime system, 7 luxury cruising, 8 the carnival and like you said 9, seems like it is based from NSMBW. I do believe 9 will be better than 8 because 8 was the worse in my opinion. Don't give up hope.

This game gave me the best memories when i was young.This was my favorite part of the whole game and i loved the music..i remember trying to find a soundtrack for this game but it didnt exist..i was really sad to find that out =[. I also remember playing the tug of war level and getting bruses and cuts using my palm..when i couldnt use that anymore..i tried using the carpet..it didnt work much lmao...good times good times..i miss the N64 Mario Party Games -_-
