Looks like a Dover/Turnbull based on the indicator and buttons. Dover definitely used indicators like that before though.

@suzzex - Incorrect. That is a Dover. In my video you even see the Dover logo inside the elevator car. Those are not Otis fixtures either. Otis has similar ones, but not the same as these.
