How can you compare a footbath to a Bible club? Just because Muslim students are more likely to wash up between showers does not mean others will not follow their good example. Cleanliness is not a religious "symbol".

My religion requires me to wash my ass at 9am 2pm and 6pm everyday. I demand that my school provide me with ass washing stations. If not well then I'll just be washing my ass in their sinks.

Under the 14th amendment, all must be equal, if they accommodate this religion, they will be forced to make the accommodations to other religions for specific religious ceremony. 1st amendment says clearly a separation of church and state, and as such, in order for all to be equal, no religions can be put above others or paid for by federal money. A constitutional solution would have been to build free on campus showers for all that could double as foot baths.
