I am concerned whether the authorities there be (surely they are not all corrupted by the Conspiracy?)can trace the outbreak quickly to the source and any deliberate intervention involved. Or am I asking for a miracle here.

Vaccines have been routinely been tested on people who are considered expendable, even in the current period. From a health perspective, many doctors who are interested in health rather than disease are vehemently oppsed to vaccination. (see Dr. Robert Mendelsohn, et al)

The views aren't "rigged". They get stuck at ~300 or so views when the video is relatively new. This even happens with partner videos, the ratings can even be higher than the amount of views. Not everything is a conspiracy lol.
Yesterday the same thing happened to one of his videos, now the views are at 44k. Relax.
