This game is the biggest pile of donkey shit i ever played had it for 4 days and just scrapped it, lost all patience for it; Theres random glitches and bugs that cause the browser to just randomly close most times it doesnt even patch right or let you login, around 85% of the time and its full of fucking hackers, this shit is not worth downloading unless u like to play with shit then go right for it

the reason there is a room there is because it was meant to be found, it's what programmers call an easter egg they hide it for people to find, you can find them on DVD menus aswell by clicking certain options in order XD

one u can u need speed hack for it but u run up the ladder in the middle and press crouch at the top quickly run across the rooftops and fall down into the building u face when u spawn on bls side its so good.
