The Interviewer is Giorgio Gomelsky; Who was and is a producer /Impresario....he had the Crawdaddy Club in England in the early 60's and discovered and managed THE YARDBIRDS, The Rolling Stones got regular work from him and many others.
He is a great guy as well.

I see someone thought it was Wolfman Jack... I did too at first but right around 4:00 or so, I'm thinking it's not.
Love this vid... David's from my old neighborhood... fun to get to see him sit close up and just chit chat.
