I've got a stock 00' cavalier Z24-5speed- It's my first car, and im making sure to keep it an anti-ricer. Working from the inside out, the body looks sporty enough. I hate this-> I challenged some dodge neon car that had logo stickers, body kit, spoiler, exhaust, all that outside shit to a race. He of course facing a completely stock chevy backed down, because he had nothing under the hood to support his look. I plan on doing the opposite. Nice vid though.
@ecocavaliertec take it to a shop, pay them to take that limiter chip shit out. then put it on the dyno to find out your specs (max speed mainly), and buy a new speedometer accordingly.
no sorry, only in the ls sports. the 02 z24 only came with the 2.4..... I have seen an ecotec z24 though, I believe they stuck some z24 badges on some 03 ls sports
wrong, the ls sport started in 2002 in a 2dr and 4 door version. Im not gonna say for sure if your buddys z24 is really an eco but it most likely is eco swapped. Easy swap and is basically same as factory. Obviously you dont know much about jbodys. I owned a 2 door ls sport eco that was a 2002. I bought it new. The only reason I now have an 04 is cause the 02 got wrecked.
