2.2 is a good loss. that is kind of weird they changed the plan. was it not working before? you could probably just keep following the old system if you want.

@thintopia - the old program works as well but they are trying to push people toward healthier, more whole foods with the new plan. i think it's a great idea, just a little tough to change right in the middle of the holidays :)
