Free Jazz Piano Lesson [#3 SEVENTH CHORDS]

hey if you could answer this question it'd be awesome... So i'm what i'd call a pretty good non-trained musician, means igot only 1/2 year of studying but i have a very good ear and played in bands, write songs and all, and i'm naturally gifted in solfeggio(I easily recognize every chords n notes of almost any song)but when i hear jazzy things like ur solo at the end i'm like WTF? I can't see any chords prog, neither a clear tonality... I ear the notes, but they dont make sense. Why? how's that?
