Whites are free to attend historically black colleges (so called because they were founding during segregation when only whites could attend none HBCUs) if they choose. The reason why there is a BET is because most, if not all, of the major networks in America: ABC, NBC, CBS, FX, Showtime, USA, TNT, etc. has NO shows with all black/majority black casts. I work in the inner city schools and do all I can to make sure that they are accountable to give every student equal opportunities and knowledge to know what is provided for them as far as future education.
