Yes I have flown it without the gyros and the motor torque makes it roll to the left, the gyro counters that. I'm not running a stock motor in the pod. Its a 4875kV 222 watt motor, that's about as big a brushless motor as I can stuff in there. The motor draws about 28 amps at full throttle. The stock motor does not have the rpms that the brushless motor has.

Thanks for the video and review. It does fly pretty good. Have you tried it without the gyros now that you know it flies??
