It should have been the other way around with Zangief bearhugging the fat man. Pity Capcom never gave the Russian Bear a bear hug attack but gave it to that sumo.

I think it's because I used a cheat to change characters. You see, depending on which character is used, post-selection, Zangief performs a different animation when he is being bearhugged.
