gymnastics - introducing "flyaway"

This is so weird... First I was terrified o a flyaway, then I did it really well, then I was scared again, and now I'm ok with it but I can not do it right lol

we had to do both those drills...they were so much fun. my coach (coach a.j. for all who know him) called it the lazy coaches drill. he said that he was tired of spotting us all day and him end up hurting his back a shoulders so he set this up....
